- No tea/coffee making facilities in room - it would have been perfect with a kettle - Breakfast options a little limited if you have a gluten allergy (lots of cereals, breads and cakes). Still able to have eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt and preserves, but would have been great if there was a gluten free cereal or bread option (minor point!)

The twin-sharing room was smaller than it looks in the photos. The cupboard space is a little limited for two people to share, if travelling for longer, with more luggage.

The hotel really has a lovely view of the Lake. The rooms are smaller in size (almost hostel like) but there are plenty of common spaces to hangout around the property, including a lovely big dining hall - so it was very comfortable. The property is very clean, well maintained and the breakfast served each morning was excellent with a decent range and great coffee. The hotel has no restaurant attached but there are plenty of vending machines for a midnight snack or drink available. Location wise, it is well located, with a 5-7 minute walk to the nearest bus-stop.

Very good place with an amazing view over the lake. Basic rooms but with very comfortable beds. We spent a very hot weekend in Annecy (36 C) but the window shutters helped a lot. Tasty breakfast with local specialties. Great and very helpful staff. When again in Annecy we'll come back here.

The room didn't have air conditioning but by opening the windows it turned out to be fine. The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell.

My room had a nice view of the lake. The area of the Center is residential but very clean, well organized, and very quiet; indeed i slept with the windows open. In the bathroom the water gets very hot so be careful.

Don't have any major dislike. The room is spacious enough for a single bedroom; I wish the bed was slightly comfier but it is still decent.

The location was good. While a 20 minute bus ride away from the centre it is in a lush green quiet part of town, with beautiful views of Lac d'Annecy and the mountains. There is an expanse garden to sit and enjoy the view or during the breakfast. The breakfast lounge and selection is very good. Favourite part of the stay easily. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Place is clean and welcoming. There is a fridge and microwave in the common area which I wish I spotted sooner.

coming from spending nights at a charming castle near Lyon, this was defiantly a downgrade, thou the price was almost the same. The room and facilities looked like a youth hostel, but without proportion to the price. (I guess it was because During our visit there was an animation film festival in Annecy and the city was over crowded.)

Friendly check-in/check-out. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. View of lake! This is a peaceful, no frills place to sleep. Plenty of FREE parking.
