The fixed temperature in the shower and the hot tub were a negative. The temperature in the hot tub would have been fine in the height of summer but off season it cooled down very quickly and shortened our enjoyment.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They showed us to our room and round the facilities. Hot tub was a great bonus and very clean and a great way to de-stress at the end of the day.

Lovely stay, staff very friendly, breakfast  gorgeous plenty of options, booked a massage and was very good . Bed comfy , shower lovely and also air con. Would recommend  and stay again . Got bus from airport  only €1.50 , hotel  5 min walk from stop Claude Masse  through a  park. supermarket,  restaurants  close by and 10 min walk into centre.

The signing to find the hotel and the parking were very poorly. We didn’t get all the needed information right away. Some equipment in the bathroom, like toilet seat need replacement; it’s a four star hotel.

There was not much to dislike. The breakfast was an additional charge to the stay. I usually go for hotels with breakfast included. However it was a nice breakfast in a pleasant breakfast room. Well monitored and maintained by friendly staff who were attentive. I enjoyed it. The hotel is situated slightly outside the vielle port. However, the walks in either direction, via the animal park and beach or through the rambling park were both lovely walks. It was pleasant and relaxing. The vielle port is a beautiful medieval port with stunning sunsets. Fabulous!

Lovely hotel with spa facilities. Nice pictures of the park on the walls in the rooms. Fabulous power shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely. There was room service for snacks which was a bonus. There were USB charge points right by the bedside which is great. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Was definitely 4 star. I would return here.

10 mins walk to port. Small animal park (foc)across the road from hotel and the beach is on the other side of this park only 10 mins. Hotel spotless cleaned daily with fresh towels. Kettle in room was great. The staff were top class. Airport only 15 mins away. Would stay there again. There is no bar or restaurant here but they do breakfast here and also they deliver to your room..😎

The ambient noise in my room (from electrics, fan etc) was a little loud and I was more comfortable with earplugs in.

A smart modern hotel in a good location at 5-10 minutes from the city centre. Rooms well soundproofed from the outside. Parking in a residential car park just behind the hotel.

Nothing - everything was good

Our room was large and airy, with a walk-in shower in the en suite. Plenty of space for clothes, and comfortable seating too. A safe and fridge were also provided in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. The location was good, about 8 minutes walk to the harbour front and restaurants.
