The shower was a big step down to a bath with no handrail. Was a bit dangerous, would not recommend for older or less immobile people. A handrail would make the world of difference.

We stayed in a triple room (room 3). Was a short stair case to enter, right by the outside courtyard. The staff were so friendly, the room was excellent, big, comfy bed and a single bed. Safe in room, air con excellent. Lift in hotel.

They only provided 2 teabags for 2 people for 4 nights. When we requested more were told they were complementary only for when we arrived.

Some staff at reception didn't want to be there & couldn't be bothered to even greet you as you entered or left & if you dared ask for any assistance it was like pulling teeth.......there were other staff that were nicer.

Room was clean & tidy, Hotel had aircon which was great for the summer months. Hotel location is super, close to underground & walking distance to major attractions and local cafes/restaurants.

Reception staff were largely great. But one was very blunt not friendly at all. Fridge in room not working no replacement coffee / sugar / cups 3 days out of the 4 days we stayed. Rooms barley cleaned on daily basis.

Hotel advertised small frig in room. There is one but it has no cooling function. Just a box for storage. Slow elevator, but you get used to it. Mix of personalities in the people on duty. I did not use their breakfasts at all. Small rooms but very functional.

Great location, lots good restaurants nearby, drug store, etc. Close to Metro, areas that I prefer like the Marais. Elevator, great AC in rooms. Great daily cleaning service.

Rooms were small but functional. Carpet on stairway needs to be updated. Half of the power outlets did not work.

Breakfast is not worth the cost but is convenient if you’re in a hurry. My bed made a loud squeaky sound when climbing in or out of it but was comfortable when sleeping.

During one of the cleanings the towels were taken away with no new ones left to replace them. We went to the reception and got a new pair, but it was still weird.

The room was spacious enough for the two of us and tidy. It was easy to get around the city center from this location. We liked the decor of the room, it really resonated with the medieval vibes of the city.

Great location, so close to metro, and very close to lots of bars and places to eat. Didn’t have breakfast in hote but having spent four days feeling ripped off for breakfast in Paris I’m wondering would we have been better off paying the €13 at the hotel per day! Room was compact but quaint and felt Parisian. I loved it! We visited in March so didn’t need air con but I can imagine it might get warm mid summer without this. Bathroom also small but perfect for us- two normal sized adults. What more do you want other than a good hot shower a working toilet and a decent sized basin, and it had all those! Staff very welcoming at the door EVERYTIME we came through even gave me a loan of an umbrella for the pouring rain! Other guests were quiet so no complaints for noise in the hotel. However the street noise is significant esp on sat night. So bring ear plugs. There were lots of people shouting down the road at one another post pub closure I think!

A beautifully presented hotel in a quiet street 3 minutes walk to Bastille. Very welcoming lobby with excellent friendly staff. The rooms are very well decorated, almost homely, and have everything you need. One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in Paris. And of course the location is close to the Marias but without the tourist swarm. Walk past the Bastille for an excellent choice of restaurants that are more local than tourist.

The room was cosy and bare minimum. We had a comfortable stay. Very quaint old styled room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and nicely organised with many amenities. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine.
