The pool and the proximity to town are marvellous. Breakfast by the lake is beautiful

But the hotel itself has seen better times; outdated, older paint. We upgraded to a room downstairs because my wife could not climb stairs, but the quality is not worth paying the extra cost: small room, bed not so comfortable. Also, the cappuchino was not capucchino: it was more like chocolate milk. The gluten free bread was, however, excellent!

No coffee making facilities in the room. Coffee costs 2 euros in reception.

Central, clean, convenient. Helpful staff and it has a balcony. Comfy bed. Free parking a great plus.

It really worked for us, no complaints at all

We loved the terrace outside the room. Parking and convenience for access to Gruissan was perfect. The adjacent casino and bar were convenient and enjoyable.

No facilities in the room to make hot drinks - had to go out and buy a kettle.

No view, no garden, windows open to a back hedge and buildings. Room was quite small too. Breakfast was just so-so... for cheese, only 2 kind of industrial cheese, and dry, industrial croissants. Selection of cold cuts was better though.

Although a “tourist town” the restaurants all close by 14:00 and are not open again until after 17:00 so, if you want something to eat between those hours you need to go to a grocery store. Front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming, she had a bad case of baditude.

Location was a 15-minute walk to the old part of town.

Wasn’t advertised very well that the pool was seasonal, therefore closed (I finally found the info after quite a bit of digging, my fault, should have checked more) Room and hotel decor rather tired and shabby, don’t believe the photos! Bath plug broken so could not have a bath. Noisy, hotel guests using casino next door woke us up a couple of times in the early hours, cars arriving and leaving throughout the night.

Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, a ten min walk to the port and restaurants, and twenty to the beach.

Location is fine, just a short walk to the main harbour. Ground-floor rooms have a small garden, upper floor rooms have a small balcony. Breakfast outside on the terrace was a bonus.

The sauna is not left on, requiring reception to turn it on when you ask. This then takes 30 mins to heat up. Kitchen inconsistent with utensils.

Large rooms with kitchenette facilities. Car parking. Surprise laundry machines to rent.l, which was an added bonus when travelling.

Dirty rooms, no on site restaurant, pool Not open when we visited. So bad we stayed one night and had to move hotels. The hotel refused to refund the 4 nights we did not stay and after 10 emailed trying to get a refund for the nights we never stayed, they did not reply once and complete silence. Very disappointing will never stay here again.
