How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Friendly staff. The hotel seems to have been refurbished recently. Our room was nice and clean. They also had a free parking place for us. Great value for an hotel right in the center of Mouans Sartoux. PS : we booked our room last minute at 11PM but this was no problem (their reception is open 24/7).

There was renovation work on the terrasse so noisy, not usable.

We stayed for one night in an air-conditioned room with a double bed and quite a spacious bathroom. We didn't know what to expect from the location but across the street there were multiple small restaurants and seemed like there were mainly locals enjoying life there. There are some parking spaces in the back-yard and we were lucky enough to get one.

Only small thing, no coffee making facilities in room but knew this before hand so took travel kettle.
Great location, with many restaurants close by, hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms well serviced everyday ,and the staff very friendly.

No kettle in the room, and very narrow entrance to car park for a wide car.
Huge clean room, decent shower and massive comfortable bed. Friendly staff, easy communication. Dog friendly and quiet. Excellent location for bars and restaurants. Free parking.

Easy access, on site parking, easy communication for a late night check in. We stayed in Suite room and that was a top quality!!! The room was very spacious, clean, modern and the bathroom was amazing!!

Hard time getting used to the European eating schedules! Only serve meals between certain hours and closed between. This is in general and not a reflection on the hotel. Reception only available certain hours.
Mouans-Sartoux is a small town away from the hustle and bustle of Nice and the Riviera. Quant shops and a variety of restaurants. Comfortable bed and air conditioned. Great breakfast. The staff was incredible. We arrived early in morning and had not slept all night. There was a room available almost immediately so we were able to get some sleep.

Room was of a small size but it was nice. I would appriciate a cattle for a hot water and a coffee.
They have provided a quite room as we asked. It was very clean, we got all instruction for the check in as we arrived late. We didn't have breakfast so I can not comment on that. There was a free parking pace for us, all in all we were pleased.

The parking was very tight and often full. SO we had to park outside in the town square. Otherwise, everything was superb!!!
We loved this very convenient, very clean, well-appointed and modern hotel in the middle of this wonderfully located little town. We love how there was a bustling square right in front, with lots of restaurants within 1-3 block radius. We did not take the breakfast package as there were many good patisseries in the area. Delicious pastries and cakes and good coffee! One night we came home late to find the town square bustling with activity in the form or a market and a DJ playing fun dancing music until very late. SO we ended up joining in the fun!!! Loved it! Very convenient location.

The breakfast was great, lots of choices everything replenished and a lovely area or terrace to sit in. All staff were friendly and approachable we will definitely stay again if we are in this area.

Located right alongside a very busy road during the weekend, quite difficult to enter traffic or maneuvers inside the parking.
Located on the side of the road. Parking in the back. Very spacious room, I think we got also un upgrade. Clean, comfortable rooms, standard continental breakfast on the top floor. Right across the road there are few streets with restaurants and pubs.
