No Evening meals

Very nice location we had a room overlooking the alpine meadows. The room was very comfortable. The main disappointment was no evening meals or snacks. There was no air con but understandable as this is a winter resort

Evening meal I had at the hotel was cold/ lukewarm which was a shame. It was very busy that night? Also they did not replenish the fridge in the room each day or give us new plastic glasses / coffee cups. Minor issues

There was nothing about the Hotel Carlina that I didn’t like.

Location was good. Only a short walk from the centre. Breakfast was adequate and varied but the evening meals in the hotel were absolutely superb! The front of house staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. A great place to stay.

No real glass and cup in the room (just 2 in plastic)

Great room with super view ! Space, clean with a little balcony ! Swimming Pool was nice ! You can go to the SPA for 15$ a day. Also a great bar & lounge space with a pool and library :)

The rooms are on the small side but normal for ski resort hotels, and there is a lack of storage space for two. There are two single duvets (rather than a double one) which we both found very annoying - we both woke up quite a bit. The shower (only) in the bathroom soaked the floor no matter where we pointed it and what flow was selected, which was annoying.

Everything was good and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The spa and pool are great, The buffet breakfast was good.

No hot food at breakfast except for boiled eggs. Had to pay to use sauna and jacuzzi which was very busy and very small - given the accommodation cost this should be free for hotel guests imo

Everything was great

The location was good and we enjoyed the breakfast. The quality of the food was really good, also enjoyed the diversity in fruits and jams. A really nice touch is that apart from coffee, teas and natural juices they also served champagne as part of the breakfast offerings,

The furniture of the room is very old and there is no safe in the room so you don't really feel like leaving important stuff in the room when you are away. Also the elevator doesn't work at night, so expect to have to go up the stairs after a nice dinner.

The view from the balcony facing the mountains was amazing. The hotel is very close to the center and a lot or restaurants are at walking distance.

We had a very bad experience with the staff. They didn’t respect us and considered us like an other client. We suppose that it is related to our origins… I never come back here.

As you are asking - I think the evening dinner service could have been better eg no ice bucket for our white wine & main course being served as the entrée plates were taken away! However it didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves

I couldn’t fault it - it had everything I could ask for - great views, great location, fabulous food & a lovely ambience
