The bathroom and loo was a bit dated but clean and totally functional.

Good location: opposite SNCF station, easy to find, close to main centre and things to see (15-20 min walk). Room was comfortable, nice to look over garden and not have traffic noise. Breakfast was very good, wide option of things to eat and drink. We arrived very late in the evening but the access to the hotel was easy and our room key was waiting for us.

Some of the electrical sockets in the rooms were hanging out and no dark curtains (our room was opposite train station so could see and hear trains).

Good size rooms and great continental breakfast, comfortable beds. While restaurant no longer on site there is Italian restaurant few min away which was brilliant.

This is the second time we have stayed in this delightful hotel, and we had a very kind welcome from Marie. The central garden is beautiful - tranquil and quiet. It was so good to be able to park our motorbike securely. The room was spacious and very well appointed although the bathroom is a little small. Breakfast was perhaps the best we'd had anywhere on this trip with a cool, spacious dining room. It's about a 20 minute walk into beautiful Vendome.

Although the room we stayed in didn’t have air conditioning (but a fan was supplied and worked just as well keeping room cool at night)

The lady on reception was very welcoming and friendly and the room was nice, our room had 2 double beds in it, it was very clean and I would stay here again, we parked outside the hotel on the road with no problems, we stayed on a Sunday and walked to the corner of the road to a lovely Italian restaurant food was nice

Stairs. Bathroom needs an update, no space and no hangers. First ever breakfast i France with no croissant. Long walk to older parts, restaurants and shops.

Nice room overlooking garden. Big beds, coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room. Old house but updated. Safe parking.Nice host.

A long walk to anywhere to get food/drink etc especially as restaurant in hotel was closed the night we were there.

Nothing really, maybe you could say the rooms are a little dated.

The hotel has a lovely garden, it’s in a great location just a short walk from the town centre and there was secure parking for our motorcycles. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Marie made us very welcome on our arrival, and is an excellent host.

This hotel is larger than it appears from the road, with the main hotel facilities at the front and bedrooms on two floors arranged along two sides of a large garden area. Our room was huge and the bed was the most comfortable on our trip, highly recommended. The self-service breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of options available. Dinner arrangements are a little confusing, with just one choice available on the night of our stay, so we ate in the pizzeria on the corner just down the road. The hotel also recommends a restaurant 1 Km away, in the old part of town. There's parking in the road opposite, but we were lucky enough to be able to park right outside the door. Great for a stop-over.

Nothing to dislike.

Easy to find in a central location. Once parked up can easily walk into town. Talking about parking it’s on site & fully secure behind large solid gates. Lady on reception very helpful. Comfortable large bed, decent shower and room overlooked the lovely courtyard gardens. All in all a super stay.

The hotel was in need of a bit of a spruce up in places (e.g. outdoor walkways flooring). Shower needs a non-slip mat.

We arrived late on a Sunday, and reception was closed, but staff had made every effort to arrange for our arrival. We were given a door code & the key was in reception; very smooth. Free parking outside. We didn't use the hotel facilities as it was a brief stopover. The garden would be nice in summer. The receptionist was friendly & helpful the following morning. Hotel info recommended a local pizza place that stays open daily, which was useful. Vendôme is a beautiful place to visit, even in the rain! Hotel is a short walk (10 mins?) from the town centre.

The reception is closed from 12 to 5 so you can’t use the secure car park if you arrive outside that window. There is free parking at the station car park opposite the hotel, however. The wifi is fine in the reception area but not good in our room across the garden.

We chose this place because of the location within walking distance of the town centre and the secure parking. The breakfast was good and the staff pleasant and helpful

Disappointed the bar and restaurant were closed on a Saturday evening. Decor quite tired. Very near the station but 10 minute walk into main town

Room clean and comfortable but hotel not accessible until 4pm. Pretty quiet. Dinner was OK for the price. Breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast. The hotel has inside and outside parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly opposite the railway station (about 100yds.) although I didn't see or hear any trains!
