Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Italythough close to the city, but surrounding of this hotel is a bit too quiet and seems no super market, restaurant etc near this hotel...and a bit too dark for foreigner to walk around even after 5pm in winter...so you need to move by car always. (and Cannes road is very narrow in this hotel area...need to take much attn while driving)
the owner is very kind, we also could use private parking lot and it is 7-8minutes drive to the city center by car. pet friendly owner gave us nice room with big garden & balcony for my dogs, and very quiet area. nice breakfast included.

The owner herself a real french woman, takes care about every detail. For those who needs some tranquılity and a real rest after crazy party at the cıty centre, here ıs rıght address. Very near to the city centre, great locatıon, the rooms are perfectly clean and all detergants used are eco friendly, the fresness of towels as ın your own home. The best coffee and croıssents artızanıer. Just ıncredıble. Big rooms, we had also terrace and spent mornıngs drınkıng coffee at the terrace surrounded by trees

United States*** A cozy and charming retreat in Cannes *** We stayed at Cannes Villa St. Barth from June 8th to June 15th, 2023, for our anniversary trip. This beautiful Villa is located in a quiet and scenic area, just a few minutes by car from the city center and the beaches. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a comfortable king-size bed, a terrace overlooking the garden. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Villa offered an delicious authentic French breakfast every morning with personal choices, with a variety of freshly backed croissants, local fruits, etc. Although we didn’t use the available spa, we enjoyed the pool, and the outside sitting/bar area, where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. We had a fantastic time at Villa St. Barth, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and charming retreat in Cannes. Thank you for making our anniversary trip so special! GeorgiaThe photos are completely misleading. The pool was not clean, and there were cobwebs in almost every corner of the room. The bathroom lacked the amenities listed in the hotel’s own information book. The jacuzzi/spa room shown in the photos is not included – it is paid, and this was not clearly stated. Breakfast was extremely disappointing – there was no choice, and each guest was served only eggs in different forms (omelet, scrambled, etc.). The garden was full of ants and mosquitoes, which made the stay uncomfortable. The bar was not always available, and the restaurant did not provide any proper dining options – you have to go out for a decent meal. When we asked for a glass of wine, we were told they only sell it by the bottle. What was most disappointing was the staff’s attitude. When I shared my concerns, they showed no empathy whatsoever and offered no compensation. Their only response to the cleaner was: “look up when cleaning” – a completely disrespectful reaction. I have stayed in countless hotels in many countries, including much cheaper ones, and even those offered better cleanliness, breakfast options, and service. This was truly a disappointing and frustrating experience.
