Ile De Re is expensive overall for accommodation anyway and this was one of the most reasonable options we found, but the base price doesn't include a lot so the extras, such as towels, bedsheets, bikes, and all the kitchen items (sponges, bin bags, paper towels, washing up liquid, etc) you need for a comfortable stay add up - so it isn't the cheapest holiday option and the cabins are basic but cute.

Fantastic family friendly cabin campsite, perfect base for exploring La Flotte and the rest of the island, particularly when cycling. We loved our little cabin, we were at the edge of the site so it was lovely and quiet and well shaded so it didn't get too hot. Facilities are good, excellent pool and playground for our little toddler. The bar kitchen isn't brilliant but not expensive so perfectly fine for a cheap takeaway meal in the evening to save a night of cooking. The staff at the bar were really friendly too. We would definitely come back.

Not very clean when we arrived. Late check in and so we didn’t have anyone to greet us and had to figure it out ourselves.

Lovely lodge. Great location. Loved the cafe bar which served wood fired pizzas and coffee! Kids loved the pool.

We received constant reminders in advance of staying that we would be fined if we didn’t leave the accommodation clean enough. It was very off putting and seemed designed to make you pay a very expensive cleaning charge. Once we were there this wasn’t an issue.

Good place to spend holidays with children. Mobil homes are clean and comfortable, outdoor swimming pool is good for all ages, animations and staff were very nice, helpful and well organized.

Beautiful lodges with pool, water slide, bike hire, BBQs and a little shop, which all made our holiday very memorable. Very friendly, welcoming staff. The private pool was worth the extra, early in the season. We would happily go back, although I would look at staying next to longer stretches of exclusive bike path next time, as we did end up repeating the same simple tracks a few times.

It was very hot and there wasn't much ventilation in the room, we would have really appreciated a fan as the heat made it very difficult to sleep at night

The campsite is generally peaceful and quieter than others we've stayed at, despite one inconsiderate neighbour who was up making noise well after 11pm and then driving their car around at 7:30am in the morning.

The staff throughout the campsite were friendly and helpful. The pool was sheltered with plenty of sun beds available. Our lodge was clean and comfortable. The location was good with easy access to La Flotte and the beach.

Cabin a bit small

Spotlessly clean cabin and seemed brand new. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and great swimming pool, not too big. Our cabin was a bit on the small side but fine for a few days. Highly recommend for a quiet family campsite.
