Love this hotel. Rooms are perfect for a base for our Disney trips. The shuttle buses are handy (horribly overcrowded but that's not the hotels fault, one shuttle serves 4 hotels in the area). Always clean rooms, 4th time staying and I would stay again. Breakfast is good just a little chaotic at times. Overall 9/10. I love the little farm on site.

The breakfast was very disappointing. My son has sensory and is fussy with foods. I booked breakfast for 4 days but we never ate as the first day we arrived at the restaurant the staff were so rude. I asked for a slice of toast for my son as I did see a toaster. I was informed no. So he went without and I had to buy from a local supermarket instead. There is no kettle in the room. When asked for some hot water i was charged 2.50 euros each time. If not a microwave was available. However if I had to use boiling water for heating bottles this would of been expensive. (Doctors and health visitors do not approve heating in microwave due to bacteria this can cause in baby formula. I think a hot water station should be inputted into the hotel especially if young babies. The staff were excellent. Except the lady checking in was rude on arrival and departure. A Brilliant location however the shuttles service is brilliant timing but very hard to use and unmanaged. I tried to exit the shuttle when it stopped at my hotel, so many people jumped on. When asking if i could leave the bus there was no room and no one moved. . My son was thrown across the bus by a man and actually ended up bleeding. I was verbally abused by this person when i had asked if i could get off (as they blocked the door entrance)I think the bus drivers need to allow the passengers on the bus to embark off it when arriving at hotels. And the the passengers can board. But when the shuttle stops, people jump on and u can't even get off. Overall I was satisfied with my stay apart from the above issues.

Loved the fact that there was area for the kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lounge area and entrance well maintained and enjoyable. Staff day and night were great.

Some of the staff in the breakfast area were quite rude. Also the "hot dishes" were actually cold although we arrived early.

Room was clean, good size, beds were big and very comfortable. Perfect for a good sleep after a long day visiting Paris or Disneyland.

The room size could have been a little bigger, we only stayed for 3 nights, if you were there longer, you'd start to feel you're on top of each other, especially when you add in all the suitcases. No tea making facilities in the room, which would be welcome.

We liked the proximity to Disneyland and the shuttle bus service was great.

It should be more affordable in order to have a competitive advantage compared to the hotels located inside Disneyland. Another big negative is that guests are not allowed to take even the smallest item from the breakfast to have later during their visit to the parks. A striking example was when I was asked to throw away the two croissants I had taken for my two young children.

Nice hotel close to Disneyland (about 20 minutes away) with a free shuttle bus (running approximately every 15–20 minutes). It offers a good breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, and very good croissants

The only thing I did not like was the food from the evening restaurant. It is a complex that needs to serve breakfast to hundreds of persons each morning before the majority of them jump into the free Disney shuttle. So the quality of the food is good but with functionality in mind. And it is catered with children in mind -which there will be many of-. So don't expect the quality of the food to be at the level of other hotels. Still, they have everything you need for breakfast. But in the evening, that same restaurant is catered almost in the came manner; with children in mind. So in my opinion it is overpriced for the quality of the food you receive. Still, I would highly recommend this hotel specially to families.

The room we got was fantastic. Not a big room but with enough space for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. The whole hotel complex is bigger than what it seems in the pictures in Booking. The free Disney shuttle is the best way to reach Disneyland Paris in around 10 minutes. BUT, if you stay until Disney closes, be patient because there will be literally hundreds of people waiting for that same shuttle who will want to board it to go back to your same hotel.

The property is significant worn out with a strong stench of mold and old carpets . We made our mind to allow our noses to get used to the smell … what matters was a good hot shower and comfortable beds. Walls are wafer thin. We were at the property only to sleep after a long day at the Disney parks . It was annoying to be woken up every few hours by people in the corridor or a screaming child next door …. Will check for other options next time for a visit to Disney

Couldn’t check in until after 3pm, would have been beneficial to check in to pay tourist tax etc them collect the room key later to save time when coming back.

The lack of internet connection, despite trying many times. Even when we asked at reception we couldn’t get it working. Also, our showerhead was peeling, and I cut my thumb on the broken metal coating that was sticking out.

We liked the location. For visiting Disney you don’t really need much else.

The soap and shampoo were the same. Not good quality. And the rooms didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave. No coffee or tea available in the room either.

It was very close to Disney. We liked the convenience of the restaurant on site- especially for breakfast.
