The room was not very modern and airco just over the bed. We needed to turn it off in order to not get sick.

I appreciate the location, next to some shops and petrol station. There is an excellent restaurant at the hotel as well as enough to entertain kids for a while.

Shower head in one room was broken and had to be held to have a shower.

We appreciated that the rooms were connected and staff could speak English and were very professional. At dinner, even when we had to wait to order our food, longer than we had expected, our drinks were offered free to compensate for our wait. We appreciated this gesture.

The bathroom was a tad tired and our air con wasn’t working properly, didn’t affect our stay though.

Decor was nice and modern, bedroom was large and comfortable. The restaurant in the evening was an added bonus and was really easy especially when travelling with little ones. Breakfast in the morning was very pleasant, good selection of foods. Had a pool and small play area outside which was ideal for us to tire out our 1 & 3 year old before we headed off in the car. Dogs were very welcome at no extra cost.

Soundproofing The upstairs guests children were very loud and we heard every jump otherwise it wouldn’t have been a problem

No fault of the hotel, but we had a floor above us, and we could hear the children running around . Possibly if it could be sound proofed, but not sure that is possible.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It looked like it had been updated. Very smart reception.The staff were pleasant. The restaurant was spacious and you had a choice of sitting inside or out.lThere was gave a good choice on the menu. The room was large and lovely modern ensuite, separate wc.Also tea and coffee making facilities which you don't often have in French hotels.

Our shower clamp was broken so nowhere to hang the shower head. That was very frustrating. The rest was perfect! We asked for connecting rooms as I travel with my 86-year old mother and we got them as promised…thank you!

A very complete hotel with all kinds of amenities. The restaurant was a huge success, we had a lovely dinner.

Meals at the restaurant and price of both food and drink as there is nowhere else to eat or drink nearby.

Location a little farther from the autoroute than expected. Appropriately priced rooms but meals were expensive and not that good.

Just a slightly hard bed. But maybe that's my personal preference. It was larger than average.

It's a perfect place to stop for an overnight stay on our journey to the Alps. We were surprised to find it so nice in the middle of a retail/industrial area and close to a small airport. We were travelling with our dog, and the large garden was great for him. We arrived at 5pm and spent a couple of hours sitting/ sunbathing in the garden and having a dip in the small pool. Dinner on the terrace was a lovely experience. The food was really good! The staff were nice. Several English families were staying, and some friendly French people who were happy to let me practice my conversational skills, haha! The room was larger than expected, nicely decorated, and well equipped. We didn't have breakfast as we wanted to explore Troyes City before our onward journey. 15 mins drive. Search for Catheral Parking. You can just park on the street with a parking meter. 3€ for more than 3 hours parking

A great stop when travelling if you have kids. We were able to relax after a long car journey and the kids could run around, have a swim and play with other children. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel was very busy due to it being summer season but even though staff were run off their feet they were still very welcoming and helpful.
