FranceFirst arriving the hotel couldn’t find my reservation that I have made 5 months before and even received the reconfirmation from booking on the day of the stay, this took at least 30 minutes for them to find me a room at 00h. Small spaces, the toilet you cant even move inside, and the shower doesn’t fit properly a larger adult, besides being super dirty and having hairs around when arriving. Hotel reception very weird and awful elevator. The corridors for the rooms are super dark and dirty. The room only has a fan and zero efficient. During our stay we put the do not clean paper at the door, however the cleaning lady went inside: they moved our stuffs from places and opened our window leaving it like that (considering our room was in a low floor and easy access through the outside window).

UK Virgin IslandsRoom very small , strong small of mould in the bath room, no shower door, after the shower the bath room was a swimming pool. the building was under refurbishment with furniture every where, I should have a discount due to the fact the hotel was under construction, No water from 9h00 to 17h00.

Poland3 floors are under renovation and it's visible accross the hotel, with construction materials lying in the lobby. Pipe soundproofing is non-existent as you can hear whenever someone flushes in your rinser

RomaniaI had to use an eletrical heater provided by the hotel becausethe room was very cool (the room had normal windows, not insulated glazing). The staff was friendly, but not all of them spoke English very well. There was hot water only for the bathtub, but I had to let it run for a few minutes.
