How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It gets a bit noisy at night with the traffic outside, and the walls between the rooms aren't too well sound-proofed... But a pair of ear plugs solved the issue.
Very affordable, located on the border of the town next to a major road. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The breakfast was not good, both in quality and quantity. They were clearly understaffed for the number of guests that were arriving this weekend (they should have planned better), and service could not be very good because of that. I must clarify, the people working there were very nice, they just could not cope with the demand.
Very nice hotel, in the style of an apartment building with some garden and good parking space. The room was tidy and clean, amenities were good and beds were comfortable.

The hotel is a little bit outside the centre. That suited us as we had 2 campervans so we could park there no problem. The number 85 bus was close by and easy to walk to, this brought you to the tram and straight into city centre. They could do with getting new towels and sheets. Some were well worn. But the place was clean and lovely hot showers. Tea and coffee there which was great. Staff we very helpful.
It was good value for money. A walk to the stadium (40 mins).

Had previously requested a twin room rather than a double and this had been confirmed via message from the hotel. Upon arrival the hotel claimed not to know anything about it. However, the gentleman on reception managed to source a twin room for us with a short wait.
Room was pleasant and functional without being very comfortable. It had a good sized bathroom and the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was exceptional and well worth the money.

Breakfast and dog not made welcome
Very disappointing , cold coffee. cold water (for tea) asked twice still not hot on 2 nd attempt. Hardly anything left and still an hour till end of service.stayed here 7 weeks before with our small dog and made welcome this time it seemed a problem won’t stay again

room 46: no window blinds a lot of small flyers near the window some small “bugs” in the bathroom I could see the outside light on the edge of the door, so clearly that's where the flying insects were coming in. bad insonorisation no espresso coffee, just filtered coffee.

Breakfast is awful if you come later in the morning. No warm food, whatever there is already became dry, crusty and stale. Remote area. Rooms not in a very good condition.

Chalet style rooms opening to the outside seem to have the same problem, cold, the air con was quite good, but the amount of cold air coming gaps around the door overwhelmed the heating. The windows were littered with dead bugs - unacceptable really.
Overall it was clean and tidy, breakfast was nice a good selection.

Can’t fault it at this price.
This is an great budget hotel ideal to an overnight stay. Good bar and restaurant and helpful staff. Secure parking.

The voice of someone who build and the reception girl.. she wasn’t smiling.. no hi no welcome… she has a very bad attitude with me when I come and when I left also .. when I come I said may be she was stressed so I was wondering.. but when I left also she wasn’t even smiling …no professional at all .. sorry to say that … I asked her when I left why she was angry and not even welcoming me .. she told me u say that because u didn’t receive ur mail or ticket .. I said no .. u can verify the camera and u will see her attitude . Good luck and thank u for all 🙂
