Great value, secure parking with plenty of space underground. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Not many places to eat within walking distance but looks like you can get the tram into the centre easily. We ended up having a meal at the hotel which was average. Breakfast however was excellent.

The receptionist was very snob and not very nice! Was refused to have breakfast 15min before end of breakfast end time! I only wanted eggs and didn’t let me even talk! Very bad!

I had to go and ask the front desk for more toilet paper as they didn’t restock when they serviced my room.

2 minute walk to the bus which takes you straight into town. There’s a supermarket 4 minute walk away. It was clean and big bathroom

It's just that in breakfast buffet, they were always out of eggs :/ which is the most staple basic breakfast item

Everything was fantastic. It was clean and comfortable. There was a bustop, laundrymat, supermarket right outside so that was great.

The mattress was quite soft and was offering less support to the back/ lower back. A mattress that is medium soft/ medium firm will be good for most people.

The room was neat, clean and well maintained. It was also well ventilated and had good sunlight. The view from the room was nice and one could see the trees and the greenery around. The bus top is near to the hotel.

This is a pleasant hotel with good-sized rooms. It is right next to the Busway into town which takes 10 minutes or so ( free at weekends).

Our reservation included two rooms. One room experienced non-functional lighting in two fixtures and a malfunctioning air conditioning unit that initiated operation unexpectedly, resulting in a consistently cold environment throughout the night. The second room also had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit that initiated operation unexpectedly, leading to a cold environment overnight. Additionally, the shower lacked a door, causing steam and water to escape into the bathroom.

The staff consistently demonstrated excellent service through their friendly and helpful demeanor.

The receptionist was very, very helpful , and friendly. The room was ready on arrival and very clean with every we needed. The beds where comfortable. The hotel was situated in a good position just off the Nante ringroad and had loads of amenities close by. The bus no 38 that goes to the airport is situated 6 mins away and is under 2€.

Hotel had very limited food options..bar closed at 11pm, asked for cocktails @10.15pm was told cannot get them as they take a lot of time to make them.. disappointing as it was my friends birthday. Lovely TV but no English channel's

Location excellent, bus outside the hotel brings you to city centre every 10 mins.. Area was very safe, rooms quiet at night even beside busy road. Beds very comfy!! Air-conditioning too..

Left our car in the underground car park where it was safe and cool. Used the local bus service which was really good. Air conditioning was very welcome with the high temperatures at the time.

Limited parking but we were very lucky in finding a space and left the car to explore the city via bus.

Very helpful staff, cheerful and knowledgeable. Room was a good size for a budget hotel. It was surprisingly quiet at night with air conditioning.
