Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe location makes it easy to get around, whether by car to nearby towns or by public transportation to the city center. The area is quiet, with a supermarket conveniently located just across the street. The staff is attentive and responsive. The bedding is comfortable, although the sheets felt a bit rough. Breakfast is well-presented and quite complete, though one morning eggs were unavailable. Overall, this place offers many advantages, and I would definitely return.

United KingdomWe couldn't work the television so we asked the reception if they could help us. The man on duty seemed very put out but eventually came to the room. He couldn't fix it so another member of staff was called. She fixed it but it broke again and the man was very cross with us. It wasn't our fault. We went to the restaurant just for a drink which he wasn't happy about, it was just beginning to rain but he asked us to sit outside!!! We stayed inside and he was really miserable talking to himself and angry that we had not gone outside.
The facilities were as expected for a normal Campanile hotel. Basic but acceptable

GermanyCompared to many other Campaniles in Holland, Belgium, France this one was poor Too expensive for such worn-down accomodation, "petit déjeuner gourmand" is a joke. Go to Breda in Holland. They have a great breakfast. And there was no hairdryer. The paintwork was shabby. The room stank of marijuana from the guy next door ... yes it came through the door. The bedding was spotlessly clean. The evening meal was OK, but the French fries were burnt! The staff were great.
