More than one towel would have been good and from the outside rooms don’t look too good. Perfectly fine (if small) once you’re inside.

Such friendly and helpful staff! Great breakfast with delicious pastries and lots of choice. I love the quirky touches such as good thoughts for the day at reception and cheery messages in our room.

A good place to have a short stay. Located conveniently near the road. The short ride away the center of Colmar where you can go for a walk in the beautiful city.

It is a shame that our experience was affected by one member of the staff who was working in the morning, we got there quite early and kindly asked if we could leave our lugagge there (since the hotel is quite far from the city and we didn't have a car) The man at reception started treating us as we were crazy persons with a crazy request, he said we should have made a special petition bc we could have a bomb in our luggage (?) and treated us like we were dumb. It was quite unpleasant for a simple request. He ended up accepting the lugagge but treated us so badly the whole time. It seemed he didn't like international tourists since I saw him interact with French people very nicely and noticed how his attitude changed as soon as he realized we were not French. (not uncommon in france, but still not appreciated by us. We deserve respect too) On the other hand I would like to mention that the receptionist in the afternoon, a nice woman was really good to us and made our experience a bit better.

Breakfast Wi Fi signal was very poor/ intermittent

For a Camponile this hotel seemed a bit dated. Had expectations that were not met as it felt more like a slightly dated motel than a Camponile. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, it just didn't reach expectations. Stayed in for meal first night, a sort of buffet affair, would not do again. Breakfast was adequate but when items ran out not always replaced. For example on 1st morning I asked for eggs to boil but was told sorry run out. Then no eggs the following day at all and not available until third day.

The fee for the pet is not defined on the booking page. It is just written "the hotel may ask fee for the pet". It is completely ok but I didn't understand the reason of not informing about the fee before arrival. We were rented a room for three but the third bed was under the one of the bed and the room was too small to use it. With two beds the room was already completely full. So I can say that the room was at most for two people but not for three. It was a last minute booking but in other case this room was not acceptable.

Quiet and clean. If you have car reaching to the city center is easy. Communication with the personal was not so easy. They were kind and helpful but with english ı feel a bit limited. The room was too small but clean and warm.

Cleanliness could be better. We checked in after 00:00. The staff said the payment will be done next day, but I got charged right away without asking me. Location is 4 kms from old town, I am not sure if its PRO or a CON.

We booked 3 rooms, 2 family room with kids bed and one twin room. Kids bed is small and cozy without extra douvet. Rooms are small if you have 3 people staying in. Breakfast is good! Staff is friendly!
