Tiny things, face /hand towel or face flannel would be handy. Have to wipe face/ hair on bath towel which is wet after use & still wet in the morning. Hairdryer missing. Had to wait up until hair was dry ish!.

Stayed here before, nice hotel overall for overnight stay. Good value for money. Nice staff. Restaurant clean, good, food good.

The floor did not look dirty, but our socks got very dirty walking on it! It was a bit grimy, needs better cleaning. Everything else was clean.

It was a calm area. You access your room from an outside door, which is nice not to have a shared hallway with noise, (but you can also hear anyone walking by outside). The staff at the reception were very friendly. I would have like to stay longer and try the meals, which looked really good from a distance.

The property has been refurbished since we last stayed here. REception lady was off putting when we arrived. Spent ages with previous people and wasn't so nice to us. She put me off eating at the restaurant outside with our dog saying there were no lights outside. However, we were hungry and tired so accepted this. When we sat outside the waitress could not have been nicer and welcoming and put the lights on funnily enough. We had a good meal in the end and dog behaved marvelously.

The address in the Booking app was incorrect, and we got a little lost, so I suggest updating it according to Google Maps.

We had a pleasant stay at Campanile Bordeaux Sud - Gradignan-Talence. We booked a room for 1 night with late arrival, so the personnel gave us the option of a dinner reservation that we could take to the room. When we arrived, everything was still hot and delicious. The communication went smoothly. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and there was a mirror with a nice heating feature. The was a parking on site.
