Compared to the other Campanile in Riom, the breakfast was rather disappointing. Had to ask several times for things to be refilled, as there was nothing left, not even knives. And when we tried to leave the hotel, it was a struggle leaving the parking, as the payment didn’t work. Had to run several times back to the reception for us to finally be able to get back home.

I really liked the rooms, only in one of the rooms were several big spiders 🕷️. Also its location is great if you want to go to Paris, but don’t want to pay a big price!

Bathroom was not very clean.

Staff were kind. I paid extra for me to change into a bigger room. The location is so close to main road, restaurants and supermarket. I miss the fruits I had in France😊

The carpet was vacuumed but very badly stained. There was only one soap and nothing for me to wash my hair in the absence of my shampoo The restaurant was ok, not bad, not great but somewhat overpriced. Could not control the climatisation in the room or in the restaurant.

Bed felt hard, even felt one of the springs, told this at the reception, got the answer that all the rooms are the same. The decorative pillows on the bed were filthy, with multiple stains. Airconditioning is not working, only the heating worked, luckily the window could open.

Good breakfast, enough options to choose. Good shower, shower head is high enough for tall people.

- the carpet was very dirty and stained all over - there was no indication that restaurant was closed for evening meal on the 7th April and this was not told when we checked in - the bathroom light was very poor and hard for my husband to shave and he had to use the mobile phone “ torch “

- comfortable beds and the children beds were proper beds ( not sofa bed ) - spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children - black outs that were great for my early birds children to sleep a bit more

The shelves to put our belongings easily fell apart. Shower section was not enclosed so no curtain/door, and the water splashed all over the bathroom floor.
