Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. It was well located not far to walk from Nice Ville station and only a block or so from the esplanade. It was a lovely old style building with a little balcony with shutters. Our family room was quite big for four people, with 4 single beds. The Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Room was clean and serviced daily. Lots of restaurants nearby. We could borrow mats and umbrellas for the beach for free and they gave us beach towels. They happily supplied some fresh milk in a jug so I could make a cup of tea in our room. There was a safe but no fridge.

United KingdomExcellent location only a 10 minute walk from the promenade and the Nice-Ville train station, with plenty of different shops/eateries also in walking distance, and only a 20 minute drive from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very kind and friendly. I had a lovely view from my room of the pretty courtyard and the AC worked very well. Plug sockets right next to the bed. Good shower. The lounge area is also clean and comfortable and you can store your luggage there too.
