Not very cold ac and very cold pool.

Nice hotel by the Marina but close to walk into town. The ac was not very strong so it was a bit warm at night. It also shut off each time the terrace slider was opened. The room was quite spacious with a long cupboard. It was nice to be able to put our items somewhere without having things in the floor. Same for counter space in the bathroom. The pool spa area was very nice but the pool was extremely cold which seemed odd when it was so hot out.

It’s a pity that the property is so neglected. It lacks a lot of maintenance. It’s not a 4 start hotel, it lacks facilities and the photos are not a good representation of this hotel.

The location is great. Quiet and near shops and beaches. The staff is very friendly and very eager to help.

I read all the reviews and we were pleasantly surprised. We booked a family room with a sea view and it was perfect. My son even had his own room and balcony. The service was good, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It is at an excellent location.v

There aren't enough car parks, but that's a common thing with French Hotels.

The location of the Hotel was great, with nearby shops and attractions, also having the sauna, jacuzzi and two swimming pools was terrific. The Staff were very Happy and Friendly everyday, and they made our stay more welcoming and enjoyable, . Thankyou..

The property is quite out dated and could be cleaner. There were dead spiders squished on the wall. The aircon in the main room didn’t work yet the it did in the interconnecting room. Not enough tea and coffee facilities for all guests. Staff could have been friendlier, no information given when we checked in. Bar facilities were poor. Cocktails were advertised as the cocktail of the day yet no available.

The property had a pool and the rooms had balconies.

Beautiful hotel beside the sea, extremely obliging staff, fantastic pool facilities, close to all the amenities. Parking in the hotel was full but free parking easily found on street outside.

The staff was not receptive to accepting requests for late check outs when inquired for.

My experience at this hotel was subpar. This hotel is labeled as 4stars due to the location and amenities offered but it was completely underwhelming— the property was old with deteriorating finishes and dated furniture, the AC did not work well in our room, and the breakfast was bland. Parking was also a disappointment as each vehicle is required to pay an additional $8 for outdoor parking and $10 for “indoor” garage parking (so small you’ll risk greatly damaging your vehicle maneuvering within the tight spaces).

The location was excellent. It was at the beautiful Marina and only a 10 min walk to the town and train station. The room had stunning views. It was spotless and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Got a very warm welcome. The pool and sauna area were lovely and again spotless. Definitely be back.

Only thing I can think of is that there was no iron in the room, we had a great stay!

We had a lovely spacious room with a terrace. The pool was lovely, good breakfast (mainly continental with a couple of fried options). The main thing was that we loved the location! I didn’t give the location the top rating just because it is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Saint Maxime but that wasn’t a problem for us, and it is only a couple of minutes walk through the gardens to get to the beach. Even though not in the centre there are a couple of bars/restaurants with sun loungers etc on the beach a few minutes from hotel and these beaches were actually much quieter and we preferred them. An amazing stay!
