Bathroom didn't have towels on arrival and was almost out of shampoo which was never replaced.

Everything perfect for the price paid. Better than other hotels I've stayed in in Paris of the same range and in the area. Would return if prices are similar.

We were very happy about the overall stay, however, the final departure left us very disappointed. We asked the reception to order a taxi in as we are a group of 5. We agreed with the reception that we order a van taxi and that we have the fixed taxi price. However, in the end - arriving at airport the lady chauffor says- this is a private transfer, the cost is 120EUR instead of 61 EUR. Tried to reach back the hotel, but no one picked the phone. What a shame for such cheating!!!

Nothing really to dislike. If I want to nitpick, the breakfast buffet didn't quite deliver but was perfectly acceptable.

Just a very comfortable small hotel around 25 minutes' walk from Gare du Nord. A perfect one-night stopover in the heart of Paris.

The table & desk tops were not wiped down in the daily cleaning process. The front desk staff weren't particularly friendly.

The location was good, close to lots of restaurants, bars & bakeries. Easy to walk to many locations & a metro close by. The bed was big & comfortable & the room was well appointed with 2 very comfortable chairs & a coffee table, coffee machine, a mini fridge and a reasonable sized desk. Plenty of coffee capsules supplied daily. They also only changed the bathroom towels when we left them on the floor - I do not need the towels changed every day so was glad to see they don't automatically take them on a daily basis. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again.

Close to the main train station, the Metro and many restaurants. Very much appreciated the welcome reception, the proprietor was very kind and helpful.

It was a shame that breakfast was not included in the price otherwise all brilliant.

Great location with lots of places to eat nearby with easy access to Metro. Hotel staff were nice, rooms clean and good range of food at buffet breakfast which was continually replenished.

Bathroom a little tired - shower was poor. All functioned ok but was just a handheld shower fitting on the wall, which sprayed out the shower cubicle and you couldn’t change the angle. If this wasn’t the case, needing to dry the bathroom up after each use, it would have been a 10/10 stay.

Good central location near lots of restaurants and shops. Good connections to public transport and not far from Gare du Nord. Air con and fridge in room were great which isn’t always the case at hotels. Beds perfectly comfortable.

The rooms at the front could be a little noisy at night with the window open, but no noise with the window shut.

Room was a little bit small and with a window looking straight at a bar, but globally good experience.

Well located, I did not stay much, but had the SPA for myself in the evening. Bed was confortable and room has everything you can expect for a nice stay. Outdoor terrasse was appreciable.

A refrigerator in the room made a lot of noise at intervals during the night, waking us up. Mentioned the issue at the reception upon leaving, but the receptionist dismissed the issue...

The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can reach the main tourist attractions quickly by bus or even walking. The room is small but comfortable. I had a problem with the room card that was easily and quickly resolved, and the receptionist was attentive.

The toilet bowl had a lot of stains at the bottom. I would recommend a deep clean or complete replacement to offer a clean and pleasant experience.

The hotel is in a great central location, in one of the best arrondissements in Paris. The room has everything you need for a short stay. You can store your luggage at the reception after checkout.

Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Our room was large & well-appointed. The hallways were narrow and a bit dark, but the spacious room made up for that. The location was excellent in a lively area with lots of shops & restaurants and easy access to the subway.
