    Nothing.

Everything. There is not a single good thing in this hotel. Small bed, dirt everywhere, no ventilation in toilet, lamp in toilet wasnt working properly, no door to shower, no showehead in shower, ceiling had signs of rust, 0 sound isolation.. i could continue this list, but i think there is no point. My advise, dont book this hotel

    The location is great

The property is very damp and musty. The room was sparkly furnished ; a bed and a tiny table. There were no curtains. The bathroom was moldy and the shower had no pressure. The light in the toilet did not work.

Modern and well thought out. It was clean. The room was a good size. There was air conditioning. Good for a short stay - one or two nights.

Description was misleading - no parking nearby property and extremely noisy all night from cars and people. It was advertised as “sound proof”. We didn’t get much sleep. Not easy to find the keybox. We assume the instructions were lost in translation. The neighbourhood is pretty dogdy. Would not stay again, we were afraid for our car due to anti social behaviour.

On booking.com they rated it badly, but the price is attractive, as is the promise of a view of the port. I wanted to try it for the weekend. I enter the bar/restaurant/reception, an elegant environment with air conditioning and wi-fi and all the "characters of the port" in their meeting place, evidently. For the rooms, however, an independent entrance. They give me a free upgrade to a triple room in the attic, perhaps the largest room. As you go up the stairs, no elevator (now I understand why in France they are all skinny) you lose the wi-fi signal (a small hub on each floor would be enough). As soon as I entered, the shape of the roof typical of the attic with an excellent robust vasistas window above the bathroom, separated from the very large shower, the essential A/C like the wall-mounted TV and the iron window with wooden shutters, reminded me of the functional and very expensive rooms in Sweden. View of the port, beautiful even if not full. Supermarket in front. In the evening you could go down to the bar, enjoy a drink on the tables outside at affordable prices, watch the promenade and the boats swaying in the water to the rhythm of the music of some bands in the square in front. Go to sleep with that breath of fresh air (not changeable) that does not make you cold or sweat. Rating 7: recommended for backpackers, especially.

    Location.

Not a good experience staying here. The owner is unresponsive. Even before coming to the hotel, the hotel owner wasn't responding - i asked that he/she send me the parking location. When we came to the hotel, we figured out there is no free parking. You can only park in public parking (free only for the night). Nobody was working at the hotel, hotel owner wasn't responding. The biggest problem was that THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. when i wrote to the owner about that, he/she responded immediately - saying that the serviceman was fixing it already and that there would soon be hot water in the shower. That didn't happen. In the evening i sent another message to check if there was gonna be hot water like promised - and no response. We had to shower with cold water. the shower has no handle (the water only sprays from the ceiling). There is no hairdryer. The bathroom is really small. The toilet is even smaller - my man couldn't even close the door while he was sitting on the toilet, haha. Air conditioning is fixed - you can't control temperature on your own. The whole hotel smelled bad.

The property located in a centralised location. The room itself was clean.

When we arrived in the hotel after a tiring travel day, we found out that there was no electricity in the hotel. No one from personal warned/informed us before. When we finally got in our room in complete darkness, we figured out that there was no hot water in the shower. The cherry on the cake was a party in the neighbouring room till 4:30 am in the morning. As the walls in the hotel are super thin, we could hear everything!!! Even after reaching out two times to the hotel personnel, we didn’t get any reaction.

I was not very expensive. View of the harbour was good. Room was very clean.

Restaurant was closed (Sunday). Couldn't find any open nearby either. Air conditioning not working. No hair dryer. Noisy. ( Road and other guests) The whole place echoed.

Easy access to the hotel, its proximity to the port, ease of arrival, room receipt, and departure

-Not well closed windows, The room's window is not tightly closed and cold air leaks in at night in November. -The air conditioner is old, does not have a remote control, and cannot charge the heating levels. -The shower needs a barrier to prevent water from leaving its area. -Faucet of face wash basin is loose and dripping water all the time. -very cold little toilet space.

Toilets unfortunately are not the best. Having a shower meant the whole bathroom would be flooded. You could here EVERYTHING that happened on the street from the room, and we were at second to last floor. I did not sleep well as a consequence.
