Charming hotel, very well located, in a quiet and safe area. There is renovation work going on around the hotel after 8.30 am but the hotel is well soundproofed and it was not a problem for me. The rooms are large, especially for Paris, very clean. The breakfast is rich, delicious, varied, I recommend it. The staff is very friendly.

Great staff especially Norisha. Love staying here every year. Great location and staff stop what they’re doing to help. I love the addition of the Great channels on the TV. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Easy to walk to local restaurants, supermarkets and train stations. The breakfast is worth every penny!

Bathroom a little small. Complicated chrome cast arrangement for streaming TV. Some building work next door that we overlooked but understand that was bad timing.

Helpful staff. Great location. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Nice touches with free minibar and afternoon tea. We would stay there again.

Very Clean , comfortable, quiet . I enjoyed light refreshments in room and in lobby , free of charge. Non alcoholic beverages, snacks , cake, fruit. After long day strolling through Paris is nice to seat down for a cup of tea with friends and catch up in comfortable common area . Location safe . Very quite . Rooms looked exactly like pictures on booking site !

It is not a real disadvantage but I could have heard neighbors in the night sometimes.

Everything was really fine and I found this price is really decent for such level of service and this localization. Really good breakfasts and free soft mini-bar. Staff speak very fluent English and very helpful all the time. A bed is very comfortable. There is an elevator in a historical building. Very cozy and comfortable bed. All the main sights and touristic spots are around the corner, a lot of bakeries, shops and cafes nearby. And a metro station!

It was fine by me as a solo traveller, but if you have a lot of luggage or can't use the stairs then avoid the 6th floor. The elevator reaches the 5th floor only.

Everything and all the staff. . They also offer complementary snacks and hot drinks and juices all day at the lobby. The mini bar in the room is complementary and refilled daily.

The only thing that was not good was some construction work on the building next to the hotel, and my room was exactly next to it. It was a bit noisy during the day because of the work. Nevertheless, it is not a constant, so I will come back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is perfect, everything was clean and the welcome of the manager (macaroons) is great. I highly recommend it for any occasion (business or leisure).
