We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at the Boscolo. We were upgraded to a larger room. The room was fantastic and the bathroom had great toiletries. We particularly liked the large wardrobe and large balcony, we just wish there were chairs or a table outside to be able to use the balcony more. The free bottled water in the mini-bar was a nice amenity.

The view. The location. The fact the air conditioning actually worked (it was hot when we stayed). We appreciated lift access as we had big bags. Little touches in the room (shaving mirror, tissues, robes etc). Staff were very helpful, happily bringing us ice for my husbands sore ankle.
