Nice room, great shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was really good with a big selection and very high quality. Staff were very friendly. Underground car park is useful addition. Great location right in the heart of the old quarter.

In Bathroom the soap was sealed in the shower , so whenever you need wash your hand take soap from shower and a hair was stucked shower head .

I really like this place ! Super modern and very clean , location was perfect, walking distance to everywhere. 9 mints walk to train station , 6 mints to La Petite France.

Easy to get to from the train station. Less than 10 minutes walk and to Petite France area. Room was super clean and very comfortable bed. Bar area great and large choice of all fresh food at breakfast.

Rooms were on the small side, but comfortable.

The lighting was extremely insufficient, not enough light fixtures, so it's was very dark in the room during the evenings. The separate bathroom and shower were uncomfortable and mis organized in an inefficient way.

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed & and pillows (albeit bed was very high). The noise from the street below was only noticeable in the early morning, but the windows are very soundproof.

There was no parking space left in the hotel and we had to park in public parking which was 5 minutes away from hotel.

Arriving by car is tricky, but that seems to be how Strasbourg is. Just make sure you book parking for your car, because parking on the street is very challenging. The only issue with our room was that the toilet bowl was creaking a lot when sitting on it. This is a plumbing / installation issue, so that should be fixed.

There was no hand soap in our room and we were too tired to go down and ask for it. So we used shower gel instead. They missed to clean under the soffabed. I found dust under the bed.

Great location! It's best place to stay with family who love to explore the city. Train station is within walking distance and surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. The drinks in fridge are free of charge! The staff are so friendly and speak very good english. Good breakfast. Super comfy bed and pillows. Big storages that can be used before check in or after check out which is great.

All being said there are two things where I could see an improvement: 1. Pillows. Although there are two pillow provided they both do not help - at least did not help me - in getting a good night sleep. One is too soft so one is constantly fighting to pull it together. The other one is too big. 2. The parking garage. There are approx 5 spots in the parking and the parking space is really tight. Certainly on week days when other spots are taken by employees of other companies it is very challenging to get your car in without having to make multiple moves. Idem as for getting your car out. All being said it is a good deal as for 24 hrs you pay 24 Euro. Where anywhere else you would pay double at min.

Location is perfect. Right in the middle of the town and still easily accesible by car. Ample parking garages in the area in case you cannnot park in the hotel parking lot. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices in types of bread, jams, honey, meat, eggs and so on and so on. Atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed with a very friendly staff. All in all one of the better choices one can make visiting Strassbourg.

Can be a bit noisy at night, with the bars around, but nothing that would stop from sleeping.

Location is perfect to walk around the small France neighborhood.

The TV seemed to stop working sometimes and the internet was not very easy to access.

The hotel was modern and offered many small extras such as amenities kits. The location is perfect and the price is very reasonable.
