Decking bit dated No where at pool to buy snacks or drinks for children/anyone No lunch time opening of cafe/restaurant - they really don’t know how to make money

We found them comfy - no toilet paper - we had two rolls upon arrival in each our two mobile homes Service excellent: - lights fused - security man sorted out faulty plug converters brought with us from England - hot water scolding in shower - Security man came sorted our boiler - asked for blankets. €5 for each one and promptly delivered - decking broke and an hour later in the dark at 10pm (wouldn’t get that service in England) the Security man came and fixed it. Drilling etc noise Didn’t even wake children up as they were shattered from our daily activities

Mattresses a bit hard and only one pillow meant I had neck ache. Need 2 spare pillows in the wardrobe really. No toaster or kettle! Two coffee machines but no kettle to make tea unless you boiled water in a saucepan… When I cleaned the floors to leave the were filthy and clearly hadn’t been mopped properly or disinfected for sometime! I think the toilets and floor should be bleached and cleaned more. If you don’t eat in the restaurant there is only a Pizzeria as an evening food option and that was closed one random night, think they could offer a bit more food options for the evening Otherwise we were very happy.

Some of the mobile home which are very comfortable are placed rather close together. They DO NOT supply wine glasses in the accommodation which is a first for us in France. They also only have tiny coffee cups and no kettle. , so if like us you only drink tea you have to bring your own kettle ,mugs and wine glasses !!!

The location is great with everything within easy reach. They have a superb swimming pool.

They had facilities on site for separating rubbish. A bin in the chalets with separate compartments would make this much easier

No wine glasses provided in the chalet. Bedroom was cold at night (17 degrees C), and there were no blankets. Would be nice to have a full-length mirror on the back of a door. The shop was useful, but it would be even better with slightly more variety of produce.

The accommodation was clean, new and had good facilities, with nearby parking. The pool looked lovely but we prefer the beach. Good location. Nice terrace for relaxing. Buffet was good value. Staff friendly.

The accommodation could have been a little cleaner as there were signs of the previous people staying there. The outside light was too far from the table area so couldn't see at night when sat outside.

The swimming pool area and the location was beautiful. Breakfast from the shop was lovely and pre ordering was very easy. Reception staff are very helpful when needed. The free bus to Argelès-sur-Mer was brilliant and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

The food and drink options were limited and expensive. There should be recycling bins in the cabins so you can separate rubbish more easily.

The most disliked part was the communication, it was our first time in France and did not realize how little English was spoken there. I would recommend if you don't speak french to pass this site. Especially considering a five star rating. Luckily we did not take the breakfast and diner options, for breakfast only available options is bread/cheese and yogurt with some cereals. No eggs or bacon or any fruit. One of the day's there was no cheese available and was still fully charged, maybe add extra 2 euro for eggs or muesli. There was 2 instances where there was no medial aid box or help available. There was a girl which had a head injury and had to wait until they "find" a medical aid box at reception. We paid extra for exit cleaning as we would be leaving early in the morning just to be notified that we need to clean the room as the cleaning charge it for bathroom and other cleaning, and not to make up the beds.

Pictures don’t match reality. Accommodation was new and clean however the facilities were out dated. Food options were very bad and only open at certain times. Small supermarket has essentials but not a lot of selection for food. Location a little far out from the town and last free bud shuttle returning to the site was 6pm, so we had to rent a car as most restaurants in Argeles-Plage do not open until 7pm

The only downside is that during a low season (september) the snack bar opens only on weekends... Also, we could have used more pool time, but it closes at 19h!

We had a great stay at Le Bois Fleuri. Our kids enjoyed the pool and different activities. The staff is friendly, especially the 'Animadores team'!
