Well lit room with superb south facing balcony. Fully fitted kitchen. Good standard of finish throughout. Bed comfortable and bathrobes provided. Did not have time to use the pool!

Uncomfortable beds. Children’s bunk beds were in a tiny airless corner which was impossibly hot and the sofa bed was a torture

It would have been nice to have some international/English channels on the t.v., we only came across French channels, which was a bit of a disappointment for the kids.

The pool was wonderful and not too crowded. The rooms were comfortable and we were very happy with all this accommodation offered. Our kids enjoyed the kids-club and the location was perfect for easy access to town.

Although the hotel looks beautiful from the outside, the corridors and rooms are quite basic. The room included a kitchen, which was convenient for cooking. However, despite informing the hotel in advance that we were traveling with our 7-year-old child, no extra bed or sofa was provided. As a result, the three of us had to share a small double bed, which was extremely uncomfortable.

Thermal spa was enjoyable, but water was a bit cold. We had a good breakfast. The area around this hotel is beautiful. Free parking for cars.

The wifi in our room was not great and seems to be patchy in the hotel. The pool was a little on the cooler side than usual and the steam room and hamman were out of use.

It is brilliant location for exploring the rural Normandy area. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Very noisy neighbours fortunately on my last night and since my last visit it could do with a bit of smartening up certain areas of my apartment were in need of repair. Could have done with a comfy chair as dining room chairs were not great during the evening

The temperature of the kids pool cause it is a bit cold for our young kids but boat and toboggan kids love it The pillows in the room were too big and not smooth...

To be surrounded by nature and it is calm and relaxing. And the plus to have 2 pools one for the kids and the other one for adults and kids cause warmer.

The restaurant design was a little more functional and could have been a bit cosier.

The room was very comfortable and luxurious. The swimming was excellent and very child friendly. The location was very picturesque and peaceful. The food was lovely.

We stayed at B&O Resort during our travels to the south of France, and it was a perfect stopover. Everything was very easy, from check-in to amenities. The well-equipped kitchen made it convenient for us, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Overall, it was a comfortable and family-friendly stay.

Kids bunk bed was located in a small area which got a bit hot,

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, pool was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment kitchenette were very useful. Location was within easy walking distance to the town via a nice walk down a wooded path. The town itself is beautiful

That we were not allowed to play with a small ball in the pool. This was our fourth stay and it was never a problem.

Unfortunately, on each of the four occasions we have visited the the experience of the spa has been spoiled by very noisy children in the adults area diving in and playing ball games in what should be a restful therapeutic area and despite this being against the regulations . Staff do not do enough to ensure that intended ambience is maintained.

Only french tv channels available in the room, otherwise the hotel is excellent and we would definitely return there one day. Our 10yr old son was a little disappointed as they only provide healthy food in the restaurant, ie no chips etc!!

The spa pool is fantastic and we spent hours in it!
