The facility was exceptionally good I really enjoyed my stay everything was Spock and span, the staffs were so courteous and helpful the buffet breakfast was great and the location is very central.

I added a second night so get the chance to say that the breakfast and dinner were excellent, the bed superb and comfy and large and the staff very welcoming and helpful! It's a Radisson hotel - quality guaranteed...

Location is not brilliant. Although there is a beautiful park just opposite, there are some social housing estates close by. The road side of the hotel might be quieter as kids were out playing until late. It's a Radisson hotel (which I didn't realise when I booked..) so quality is guaranteed..

The floor was just been refurbished and there was strong paint smell. Dust was still everywhere. In room 910 there was an issue with water mixer. We were unable to contact YouTube due to very week WiFi and ongoing refurbishment. One of the lift was still covered with plastic and wood - this should have been put out of service.

The room was generally clean, but there were some leftover Doritos pieces next to the bed. The bathroom had a shower over a bath, which was nice, but there was no plug for the bath, making it unusable. The rooms had been renovated, and you could tell by the smell of paint/glue, there was also a lot of building work noise in the morning. This wasn’t at early hours but still disturbed our chances of a relaxing morning before travelling. We were asked to pay a deposit of € 100 upon arrival for potential damages, I have yet to check if this will be returned, but it was a bit unsettling. The major thing was the surrounding area, to get to the hotel you need to pass through some residential buildings that did not look very friendly, we would personally not feel comfortable walking around the area.

The superior room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was a cattle and (limited) complimentary coffee in the room and there were plug sockets near the bed. The room looked recently renovated and they had free luggage storage after checkout.

They did not have a family room when we checked in but they managed to find an inter-connected room which was totally fine. We was placed on a floor what was being renovated, so we was woken up at 8am by drilling in the walls. That was disappointing especially as we checked in at 1am with children

Location seems to be next to a Refugee center, did not have any issues at all however would have been nice to have mentioned before hand.

Room was clean and quiet, Staff was very friendly.

Unclean dishes and cutlery (from the previous wash), limited breakfast options which were also missing a couple of mornings. It did not compare to my experience in other European countries, where the breakfast was excellent.

Rooms were comfortable. But there was only 3 hangers to hang the dresses on. When asked at the reception for a few more hangers, my request dismissed. I felt it wasn't a big deal to ask for hangers. Language was a problem too.

The room was comfortable and the hotel had decent facilities; a bar and restaurant. The location was good for us as we visited the nearby Musee de l'Air et de l'espace.
