Fantastic location in the centre of Saint Jean de Luz, close to the bus and train station so very easy to visit the surrounding areas (San Sebastian, Guéthary, Biarritz,...). Close to the beach, the shops, very clean, staff extremely helpful. They even had a shower that we were able to use after checkout and after going to the beach !

Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend Bizipoz. This feedback of room 122 is intended more for the hotel than for other customers. While the room was attractive, it seemed to favor design over function in some ways. For example, the sliding bathroom door overlaps with the most-used storage shelf when opened. Meaning that you cannot open the bathroom door if your bags and shoes are "partially shelved". Beyond that, the bathroom door does not lock and is always a couple millimeters "open". The room offered a plethora of shelving options. But it was hard to understand the purpose of many of them, they seemed cosmetic more than functional. The main wall of the room had hooks all along it; Great, in theory, but almost half of them were behind the TV and therefore not usable. And there were not enough hooks in the bathroom to properly manage towels. The elevator also stood out to me. It seems modern and safe, but it also seems like they cut costs on it and bought the cheapest possible option - which contrasts with the other investments they've made in the hotel.

The hotel was remarkably well-equipped, with a gym, a stylish breakfast bar, a lounge and dancefloor, and several other major amenities attached. The staff were friendly, and the room felt very clean and modern. The location was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

We paid quite a lot for our excellent room, and at that rate I think breakfast ought to be included. But never mind - the hotel is right next les Halles de Saint Jean-de-Luz and dozens of excellent cafes and patisseries.

Absolutely outstanding hotel, with perhaps the most thoughtfully-designed rooms I've ever encountered - so many places to put things, to hang things, to pack things. Location simply could not be better; you're in the heart of the beautiful town but it still feels like an oasis. The beach is just a few minutes' walk. The view from our very large room (216) was spectacular, offering both mountains and the bay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I have to confess that I was a bit skeptical after reading the comments about the noise level coming from the bar, despite knowing the hotel would offer ear buds. For my surprise, the ear buds made magic and we didn’t hear anything in 8 nights. The hotel is pretty new and the facilities are super nice and clean. Located in the heart of Saint Jean de Luz, Bizipoz gave us easy access to all places we visited. All the team was attentive, service minded, knowledgeable and friendly. Our heartfelt thanks to Fanny and Xabi who guided us with wonderful suggestions for restaurantes, and helped us whenever we needed. They knew the places so well, that we only experienced the best of the best. We will probably be back as we loved Saint Jean de Luz.

It would have been great to have a Treadmill (instead of of a rowing machine) in the gym.

The Bizipoz is a new hotel in Old Town Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It's centrally located, across from the harbor & in Old Town. Close to the beach, shopping, dining, etc. The service at the hotel, by Xabi, the gentleman who checked us in & out, and made sure that everything was perfect. He even remembered our names, even though there were many other guests at the hotel. Each day when they cleaned our room, they left a bottle of still & sparkling water for us. What a nice touch that was! First class service, spacious room overlooking the Harbor, great breakfast & a wonderful wine bar next door made the trip terrific.

The bar downstairs has loud music which goes late, so not a good sleep before 1:30 am. Really a pity for what the hotel offers, it doesn’t fit at all the rest.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The position, the design, everything so well thought, the room was big, luminous, with the right temperature. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A very good vibe, would definitely come back. Close to the beach and various restaurants, and the local market. Paid parking underground makes everything easy.

Brand new hotel in a modern art-deco style. Right beside the port and only a block to the historic centre. Room very distinctive modern clean styling. Very comfortable great black our curtains and everything one needed. V good Would like to commend one of the team - Fanny - for going above and beyond from her pre-check in help, fabulous personality and can-do help inc finding Restaurent’s. A true gem and a credit to the hotel
