We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We used the on site parking…..there is plenty of on road parking to be had.. our tip if using their garage then park and locate the property on foot

Hotel near to the Cathedral, the old town and the museum. In that area is not easy to find somebody that speaks in english but in this hotel there is Fatima that is very nice, kind and she always try to speak in english and make your life easier. Thank you Fatima!

United KingdomFatima was so helpful and kind. She contacted me by email to ensure that my access to the property was smooth as I arrived in the middle of the night. I also had to leave early in the morning and even though she was very busy, she stopped what she was doing to help me sort out transportation to the train station. She also offered me a hot drink although it was not breakfast time yet. This was a lovely, clean, central location hotel and I will stay again.

FranceI was there two nights. The first night I slept maximum 3 hours because of the noise from the WiFi in the hall way. If I go to a hotel it is principally to sleep. I complained and they moved me to a room with less noise, but said all rooms were affected. There were none with no noise.
The hotel was clean, kept up well with care. Good location.
