Rooms are very small if staying for over 2 nights. The breakfast was not worth the price of €18 euros, especially for microwaved scrambled eggs. I’d say it’s better to go get breakfast from the nearby boulangeries

The bed was comfortable and the location was good from the train station. Complimentary hot drink when you arrive in, was a nice touch.

The classic room is really small but that is the norm in Paris.

The highlight of this hotel is the staff - they went above and beyond. We enjoyed every moment of it. Location is great for those travelling via trains and metro is a 2 mins walk from the hotel. A restaurant and grocery store is next door. Tourist spots are literally 2 stops away.

12m² / 130ft² was tight for two people with full size suitcases. I would recommend a bigger room if you plan on staying for three nights or more.

Air Conditioning in the room was SUPERB. Breakfast was good and being available until 10:30a is a nice touch. Our room was one of the a couple rooms with a small balcony.

Toilet was in a room separate from the sink, which makes it difficult to wash your hands if someone is in the shower. Alarm clock was for some reason set to 6am our first morning so we all were awoken very early after travelling to Paris. Staff at the front desk made check in quite stressful and upsetting, which was not the energy I wanted to start the trip on.

Honestly, the beds weren't that comfortable, too firm for our liking.

We loved how close it was to a metro station, although the station closed the day after we got there!. The staff were very friendly and they were anxious to do whatever they could to improve our stay. We enjoyed having a big bathroom with a full size tub and separate show.

Friendly staff, cozy room. It seemed to be the largest in the hotel and it was a pleasant surprise! Thanks to the administrator who settled me in a wonderful room with a bathroom.

i was asked to deposit 100 euros during check in and that it would be given back at the end of my stay. but i never got it back even though i was told it was going to be reversed back into my account after tax deduction which also wasnt communicated

the room was very clean. everything was great. very clean. really nice staff and they were very helpful. Location was also great it was close to a lot of places . didn't get the chance to go downstairs for breakfast, the bed was too comfortable i guess lol.

Doors in to the rooms are a bit heavy, witch you hear when others are leaving their rooms.

Close to Gare de Nord (walking distance), and also to Metro (Poissonnière). Coffeemaker and kettle in the room.

We had to go out for breakfast because they had run out of pastries and there wasn't anywhere for a family of three to sit. WiFi in my room was very weak, was only 1 night so didn't matter but might have been annoying for longer. Also the cleaning trolleys were permanently stationed by the lift, giving the corridor a scruffy look.

The rooms are very small, almost claustrophobic. It looked bigger on the pictures. Also it is quite noisy, we heard housekeeping calling early in the morning with her friend while cleaning the other room which woke us up. We stayed at Best Western multiple times in Paris, but not at this one and will not be returning here unfortunately.
