Upkeep was a bit challenged - we encountered a plugged toilet in the lobby as well as a basin in one of the two rooms we rented which was very slow to drain as well. Showers and restroom were otherwise impeccable, clean and in good working order.

Reception staff was helpful, attentive and friendly. Lobby/lounge was simple but comfortable, the espresso machine a real joy! Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

I never take breakfast, so can't judge that. But staff is welcoming and helpful. My favorite privilege room is nr. 4, always clean and quiet. Has been my regular hotel for years now, whenever I visit Paris. Location is close to the périphérique.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I expected it, when I was looking for a good value/price ratio when booking. All in all the city center can be reached by bus+metro or walk + metro withing 30-40 mins, which is OK. closer to the city center the prices are double-triple at least.

The building and the room was fine, the staff was really friendly and helpful! The dining area is really nice, the breakfast sortiment was great and the food was delicious!

From my point of view this is not really a 4* hotel. I was surprised by the fact there was a metalic wardrobe in the room, one which would be used for exterior. Overall, I felt like it's not a good value for the money.

Good property for having business in the area. Breakfast was ok with some good pastery. The room was clean.

The exterior of the hotel is exceptionally run down and the path leading up to the door along with the steps are uneven and filthy - smokers stand at the front of hotel. The room electrics broken on last of 3 night stay. Exceptionally cold and room heating broken along with TV. Staff were so helpful tried to fix heating, TV offered room change at 4am but as we were getting up at 7 no point. He kindly brought extra quilt for bed when requested as a solution. Disappointed charged full price for a very unhappy last night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean Bed and pillow comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and exceptionally fresh - would have welcomed hot s rambled egg instead of cold. Breakfast area small but very clean.

Staff there well excellent Andrea she helped solve phone issues travel issues. The young man on check in was excellent checked in seamlessly. Staff should be commended on their hospitality provided. Thanlk you for making a solo traveller feel welcomed.

Very underwhelming hotel. Room was very small. No milk at all available for coffee. Location not great. Surprised it is in the Accor group to be honest.

Not a great deal. Staff member who did checkin was very polite, but apart from that, very little else.

Heating on AC, very cold 1st night. No Restaurant available on site but lots of them on the street. Very expensive, about 210£/ night.

Unfortunately, I’ve been bitten all over my arms, face, neck, & I’ve been told it is bed bugs. I told the team & they changed my room, it did not help as it kept getting worse during my entire stay. I ended up washing all my clothes to make sure it would not be contaminated. They don’t have a laundry service, so I had to pay this unexpected extra in a nearby street. It would have been nice to have a compensation, either on the price of my stay or even just the reimbursement of my laundry expense but nothing was offered, despite the very uncomfortable situation I lived in during my stay (6nights…).

I liked the breakfast, the team working there always very polite & professional. It is also a very quiet place, I did not even sleep with ear plugs (usually I need to in hotels), so really good overall.

We had to wait over an hour for the room upon arrival - even though the room should have been ready by 2pm. The room was not clean and had toe nail clippings all over the floor and the bed. The AC was not working in the room either.

Shower not fixed for 10 days and smelly room.

Had a privilege room - very tiny with a malfunctioning shower which was overflowing and not fixed for 10 days. Staff is doing a great job but the property is not well maintained and poor value for the money.

The hotel manager was arrogant and abrasive, his comments just felt unnecessary. The room was very small and you couldn't open the windows. It definitely didn't feel like a 4 star hotel room.
