Clean and comfy. Room had balcony. Plenty of restaurants and bars ten minutes walk

Parking was an issue & our car was heavily loaded with camping equipment. At the time of our arrival no parking spaces available only parking on the narrow streets. Huge thanks to the receptionist who found a way to remedy the situation.

The location was so peaceful but also having the advantage of a short walk into town .

No restaurant , no one ever in the bar , too many children in the Spa area Charge of 15 euros per day to park in the grounds

Noise in corridor echoes with other travellers talking maybe some sound proofing required

I left a blouse behind in the wardrobe on July 28. Since the receptionist hardly speaks English I have not been able to get it back so far. There is no e-mail adress on the site. And the e-mailadress she gave me on telephone is not correct. So maybe this way, I will be able to get it back.

The room was noisy, we could hear all from the hallway, especially in the morning and also from the street… the room was clean and nice bathroom but it is not at all 4*. Sound isolations in general in the hotel are not good, not ideal place for a couple vacation.

Staff should be able to help with car charging by contacting the supplier to understand why it doesn't work. It was frustrating to be told "well it was working yesterday". We weren't impressed with the restaurant offerings close by.

Room was a very good size along with the en-suite bathroom. It had a balcony overlooking the Town. It had electric car charging points which we were unable to get a charge from but there was a separate one from which we could. A good location for a relatively short walk to the Town.

The swimming pool didn't open until 9AM, so we couldn't have an early swim before breakfast.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Trouville's main Street opposite the waterfront. Having a car park was very helpful.

Parking is difficult especially when the hotel is busy. The parking space for charging an electric vehicle is often taken by a petrol engine vehicle.

A very pleasant room with balcony - unusual, as a solo traveller I am often give an inferior room. The customer facing staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. Breakfast had an excellent range of quality items. Good location being a very short walk from numerous restaurants.

A minor niggle, parts of the carpark and access on to road suffered from 'rapid' elevation changes. My low slung car scraped its nose on exiting the car park!

Fairly spacious room with easy access from the car park located immediately outside the building. Easy walk to find an evening meal in Trouville or Deauville. Friendly and helpful staff. The facade of the hotel was quite attractive.

Good location, hotel has big parking. Big clean rooms, we had another exit to the outside yard so you can sit outside and breath air. Everything was good
