How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is very new so although the surrounding mountains were lovely, the view from our room at the back of the hotel was of a new industrial estate, which could be helped in future by planting some shrubs or trees?
The staff were very helpful as we arrived later than expected, so we were still able to have a table in the restaurant, and we had an excellent meal. The car park was large so we were able to park very near the reception, and the room and bathroom were a good size too. The weather was cool and wet so sadly we were unable to enjoy a drink in the rooftop bar.

Hotel close to some of the most famous Tour de France climbs, perfect for a cycling trip. Safe storage room for bikes with cameras. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

We were on a cycling trip and booked here for one night. Great hotel, clean comfortable and lovely friendly staff.

They are all set up for cyclists with special bike storage. Very near epic riding. The breakfast buffet was good.

The Spa is not part of the hotel, it’s a separate company within the building. Nice sauna though. Price is €20 for 1 hour or €30 for 2 hours

1. No balcony – but this seems to be the hotel's standard design. 2. No vegetables at breakfast – the selection could be more balanced. Minus 1 star. 3. Liquid soap in the bathroom ran out quickly – had to use the shower soap, which was inconvenient. Minus 1 star.

We had all purchased the breakfast plan for 14euro. It was lame. Not many options , so you end up eating there, its just a glorified continental breafast that is free in most places.
Brand new hotel , so everything was designed for the needs of a current traveller. Plenty of parking , and great bike storage facility. We were able to use the restaurant area to bring in our own food to dine in. FYI , ALL RESTAURANTS , YES ALL RESTAURANTS are CLOSED on SUNDAYS & MONDAYS. So dinner is not easy. We ended up buying cheese , coldcuts & baguette for dinners.

Slightly industrial location.
Modern hotel with very new feel in a business park location off the main road on the edge of town. Easy parking, staff very welcoming and friendly, excellent hospitality. Great shower. Huge TV, comfy beds. Good wifi. Didn't get to try the Spa.

Not much ... I just wanted to a place to stay and easy car access to Orelle ski lift.
New hotel, very clean and modern. Easy access from the road and my motivation was to ski at the 3 Vallees. I drove every morning to the Orelle ski lift (17min away and parking next to the lift - but you have to be early to park next to lift). In the evening I had dinner at the town, which is actually a nice small town with very small pedestrian area as well. I loved the breakfast - special bonus to have a fresh juice making capability from the oranges. I am also tracking capability to charge EVs. This was super well arranged here. There was a normal charging station and Tesla charging. I saw them mostly as available. Only one car occasionally charging.

There is no ski room, although the staff was kind to offer us the baggage room instead. The hotel is 30 min drive from the slopes and the road is extremely winding and difficult when covered with snow.
The hotel is brand new, very modern, nicely decorated and clean. The reception staff is extremely helpful and warm. The breakfast is good.

Good size room. Quiet, clean with good bed, shower and wifi. Comfortable climate. Plenty of parking. Supermarket and Opinel museum closeby. Friendly staff. Good breakfast where you can make fresh orange juice.
