How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hallways have a musky smell but everything is clean and comfortable.
We stayed one night traveling through. The staff is very friendly and helpful , especially at the restaurant. Food is excellent with great attention to detail ( we had dinner a la carte and the breakfast buffet ) We also love the lawn area with seating to lounge under the trees. Very good value and a very pleasant surprise.

It's a nice hotel with a good breakfast and a pretty large parking lot. The rooms were nice and large enough. It has a pool outside that was available for the customers, even if we didn't use it

It's a cheap yet very clean hotel. Good for a night if you're on the go, but I wouldn't stay here for any other reason. Design is kinda weird and plastic flooring doesn't make it feel very cozy. But clean and effective for a night

Outside façade is in need of a tidy, bit dirty looking, inside however was spotless.
Meals were excellent and rooms were big and spacious, check in was simple and straight forward. Access code to enter car park was emailed the day before arrival so avoided any issues gaining access. overall an enjoyable stay

Restaurant - mediocre food and terrible host.
Staff on the reception were helpfull, effective and friendly; Room was clean and comfy, despite a little pit outdated; Private parking with enough spaces; Breakfast was extra; Great value for money.

The soap dispenser is a bit high for smaller people.
The room was good and quiet. With the air conditioning we could sleep very well. We did eat our good dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a great selection of fresh fruits.

It was a shame that the pool was closed while we were there.
The staff were very welcoming on arrival, and there was information about how to get around and what to see in the lobby. There was a good range of food for the breakfast which was included in the cost of the stay.

The restaurant food was poor quality and expensive. Evening waiting staff poor. Vegetables each night consisted of tinned peas!

The stains on the chairs in the bar area were really quite off putting and very noticeable! Smokers need to be moved outside of the front porch area otherwise all guests have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in or out plus the smell penetrates the reception and bar area and ground floor corridors. Really not nice. Please get some firmer pillows and provide proper cups or mugs in the bedroom. Paper cups provided may be ok for expresso but really aren’t suitable for ordinary coffee or a cup of tea.
Location was good and we had an enormous room ( I think it was actually an easy access room). Very quiet neighbourhood with two parks in the vicinity which were good for dog owners. On site restaurant offered reasonable priced meals

Cigarette butts on ground at entrance, no butter at breakfast (!) and uncooked egg at the hard boiled egg bowl.

Very busy parking, narrow parking spaces, you will have difficulty to park in with a bigger car
