RussiaVery nice flat with a good kitchen and coffee machine in a very quiet district. It is beautifully decorated, has a nice shower, and the bed was comfortable. It has a very affectionate cat, and we enjoyed her company. A couple of inconveniences, though: because of the cat flat SMELLS. It's better in the room, but in the living room and kitchen, you can feel it very strongly. A toilet flush also sometimes doesn't work. And the camera in a living room made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.

SlovakiaWe were very disappointed with this booking. First of all, it should be clearly stated that the flat is shared, not just described as “cozy” or “delightful.” Transparency is very important for guests. Secondly, there was no mention anywhere that a cat lives in the flat. My wife is allergic to cats, and this created a serious problem for us. A property that is permanently occupied by the owner’s cat should not be rented out without clear disclosure. As a veterinarian myself, I also find it unacceptable that the owner leaves the cat alone in the flat with guests. It is irresponsible and made our stay very uncomfortable. This was my first booking through Booking.com, and unfortunately I am very unhappy with the experience.

GermanyI don't t think, there was something, that I did not like.
I had a very pleasant stay at Theo’s place. He truly went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed me with a warm “Welcome home,” which was such a sweet gesture. The property itself is beautiful and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. A special bonus for pet lovers is the friendly cat on the premises. Although I’m usually scared of cats, I found her to be very cute and gentle. Theo was also incredibly accommodating—he allowed me to check in half an hour early upon my request and kindly dropped off my luggage in the evening after checkout at our pre-arranged spot. This level of care was truly extraordinary. Overall, my experience was a solid 10 out of 10. If I return to Colmar for Christmas, I’ll definitely try to book this property again—if it’s available, of course!

Romania1. It wasn't clear that this is a share accommodation. We were unclear if the guest was staying in the next room or not 2. There is a nice cat in the house, but the smell of it in the apartment is very unpleasant 3. We did not get the instructions for entering the house until the time for check-in 3. Although the owner asked us to take off our shoes at the entrance door, the room was not clean according to description. We wore slippers because there was dust and dirt in the apartment 4. Only one towel for the shower. It was assumed that I used the hand towel in common with other guests. The sinks and sink/shower faucets were dirty. 5. Many private items were scattered around the table from living room 6. There is no drainage system for washed dishes

SerbiaThe room is not clean according to minimal standards and as there is stated in description. The host did not answer to us until the time for check in although we texted him several times. In booking description was not clear described that this is actually one room within the flat, that there is no separete bathroom, that there is cameras in the common living room and that there the cat lives. We are really negativelly surprised with unpleasent experience. Because of that, especially because of missing of clear room/apartment description on booking, please for money return, because this is not what we paid and what the booking pictures show. We are forced to give very negative review. It is unheard of for a man (the owner) to live in that apartment and to have his private items scattered everywhere. Also the cat lives in the apartment and defecates in the apartment and the whole apartment smells of cat feces. I, as a woman, felt very uncomfortable while an unknown man walk around in the middle of the night, and it is really unacceptable that the apartment is rented out in such a condition
