The staff was amazing and so helpful. The room was very cleans and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Nice big bathroom. Nice having coffee available all the time and water too down in the lobby. They were great about storing my luggage because I arrived so early. Breakfast was good.

I loved everything about this hotel: quaint, clean rooms, good bathroom, nice and quiet, bed comfy. Staff were very friendly and efficient. I wish that we could have stayed longer! Lovely bakery across the road for coffee and croissant. So close to restaurants for dinner, right near Petite France. Very walkable. Just lovely. Will definitely come back.

A tiny thing during a room clean - our wet towels could have been replaced but were not. Also our particular room was a little tough to get into with the thick new carpet, didn’t affect us much but perhaps could be an issue with someone with access needs or is elderly but I know this will get better with time.

The room was modern, new and luxurious. The staff were friendly and accommodating with umbrellas, storing luggage and the location was perfect. Loved having the coffee and drink availability in the lobby.

No hot water on arrival but apologies were made and we were offered to stay in another hotel if we wanted.

Excellent choice for a two day stay in Strasbourg, five minute walk to the cathedral, ten to Little France. Hotel staff were great, the room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Tea, coffee, water were provided. The public parking is opposite the side entrance, not the main one. Parking Austerliz. You get a discount for it.

The tub in the bathroom, no shower curtain; would prefer a standing shower.

Staff during breakfast was wonderful; breakfast had a nice variety for big and small. Rooms are spacious and clean.

I would have prefered a shower vs. a tub because water was all over the floor once one showered with no shower curtain.

The room was a bit outdated and small. There were some maintenance issues (I.e. the lift broke when we were there.

The location was great for exploring Strasbourg and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our dog was also given his own bowls and treat, which we really appreciated!

A small gym would be nice but not possible in a small, in-town hotel

the breakfast was very nice. My room had a wonderful jacuzzi which I used everyday to relax after a day of touring. the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again

There were some steps up to the hotel which was fine for us but just to keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

We had a lovely stay, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and you were greeted with a smile. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the cathedral, and petit France. For breakfast there was a lovely selection of hot and cold dishes and it was nice to see the local suppliers of some of the produce. We liked the quirky decour and the courtyard garden was a nice feature.

We loved everything about Hotel Beaucour. It has its own distinct, unique flair which becomes apparent the minute you walk through the entrance. The location was superb with numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants lining the quaint streets. With just a short walk across the bridge there is so much more to explore including the magnificent cathedral. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location was fantastic. Close to old town and all of the sightseeing action. The hotel was cute and uniquely decorated. Very comfortable. Definately would stay there again!!

The wifi connection is intermittent and not very strong. It continually dropped the connection in our room. I would prefer a secure connection in a hotel even if it means a password.

Beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Strasbourg. Very quiet and exceptionally comfortable rooms.
