Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Romaniato reach the accommodation by ski when arriving from slopes one has to take around 100 m uphill and the ski lockers are too small for 4 persons, but we could managed in the end
The property matches the description. It provides good value for the money taking into account the level of the prices in this resort. The property was clean and it has also wifi connection, although not very fast one. Easy to find, communication was very good.

United KingdomThere was a strange smell from the sink and drain in the apartment which was abit off putting. Also i think if 4 people had been in the apartment it would have been very crowded as there was only just enough for 2 people.
The apartment was exactly as pictured good view and the location was perfect. Bunk beds were comfy enough

IsraelThe pillows were very cheap with no support, the beds were OK. The heat was medium and sometimes not warm enough, there's no AC. There was a bad smell because of a broken dishwasher but it was fixed very quickly by the owner. There's no WiFi. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for one week stay, no soap or anything, no discount for a Ski Pass.
The apartment is a good value for money. The kitchen is big enough to cook and equipped with the basic needs. Shower is excellent with warm water, there's enough room for organizing the clothes. The balcony is comfy and the dinner table is large enough. The owner is well responsive and handled a bad situation we had. The location is close to a supermarket and right behind the building there's snow to slide down to the center. Recommended for 3 people, but 4 people can also make it with a little bit less room

United KingdomI thought there would be a reception to collect the key but on arrival I found this wasn't the case. I telephoned the owner's contact number on the Booking.com confirmation email but there was no answer. I then found a email link to the owners and within that email was the key box code number. It would have been better for the Booking. com email to mention that there was no reception and that the key details can be found by following the email link. Or at the very least for the Booking.com email to say that the information for entry to the apartment must be obtained from following the link.
The balcony and view were fantastic. Sofa bed was reasonably comfortable too. There was a lift too.

United Kingdomsofa bed isn’t very comfortable. you have to make up the beds yourselves (I suppose because it is a sofa bed so is dual purpose). It was fine for a short stay :)
New fully stocked kitchen - even though we didn’t use it. location in centre of the town. apartment was as pictured and as expected. cupboards for storage. small balcony with view. staff were helpful and very communicative to our questions and needs. thank you!
