The room was small and comfortable but the carpets were badly stained and overall it was shabby.

The location is perfect . Beach club was great for a day, but expensive and you have to pay for loungers in cash at reception.

Breakfast was not included although I thought I had included it. The breakfast room is small and a bit cramped. Did feel it wasn’t worth the price. Our bedroom was very small and dark.

Bedroom closet is extremly small (really small for a DOUBLE room)

Excelent location, inside the "vielle ville". Friendly staff. The hotel has excelent private beach , very closed to it, with a nice and convenient restaurant. The hotel´s common areas are clean , and confortable, suitable fot waitng, reading o just resting (much confortable than in the room a bit small for it)

New hotel, in the center of Nice near Promenade des Anglais

The building and hotel are historic, and there are signs of age/wear here and there. One light in the bathroom was flickering, even after being serviced by the engineer. The bed was overly firm for our tastes.

Our room was large and comfortable, with an enormous terrace with views to the Mediterranean. The bed was enormous, and the room felt luxurious and well-designed. The hotel has great history and its own beach, and it's perfectly located on the edge of the old town -- on the doorstep of the beach, the flower market, and all the attractions of the district without the noise and crowd of being in the center of the old town. Service was exceptional and friendly.

The shower: the type of screen made it impossible to have a shower without getting the entire bathroom wet. The bathtub was also too high, which makes it dangerous.

I loved the location, the staff were friendly and helpful, taking care of all the details to make us feel comfortable and the Beach Club was an excellent addition.

First stay at hotel we arrived exhausted from an overnight flight from USA at 11AM, after much discussion we were finally given a room. We really appreciated getting a room and being able to sleep but why do you have to plead like beggar for a room when there are rooms available? It is like they have a firm policy of no check-ins before 3PM, customer be damned.

Our second stay, on our way back to the US, we got a better room for the same money and the staff was very helpful ordering taxis and making recommendations. Excellent walking distance to beach, marina and great restaurants.

Other than the fact that it does not face the sea, I find no fault with this hotel.

This was a great option well located within steps of both the beach and Old Town Nice. I like the fact that they give you a discount at the closeby secured parking garage as well as the Beau Rivage beach club. I found the front desk staff very helpful.
