Hello, I am truly sorry that you had such a negative experience in our hotel. I wish that the issues that you faced had been brought up to our team so that we could have found a solution that could suit you. I understand that you were very disappointed that there was no mini-bar in the room. As discussed during check-out this decision was made for environmental reasons as mini bars consume a lot of electricity and have a high environmental impact.
