Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I booked a bunk room but asked to upgrade to a private room, for a small fee. The price was excellent and the staff accommodating. The whole building is mountain sports themed and I really appreciated the little details, and the welcome atmosphere for mountaineers and skiers alike. Loads of restaurants nearby. Cheap telecabine to the valley that runs until 2000hrs in summer. Excellent! No direct parking but there is a municipal unground car park nearby. Very cheap too.

GermanyI had someone below me in a half-empty room. I think in today's age of technology it's easy to place people farther away, for more privacy if the room is not full. The travelers would appreciate that very much.
The bedsheets and a mattress. Way beyond what a typical hostel offers. It's a small but very important detail.

LithuaniaFirst of all, the overall place was magnificient. Ive never been to skiing resorts so I had no clue they can be that beautiful. The place itself didnt look like hostel, more like high quality hotel. Everything inside is up to modern standarts. Dorm had mini kitchen, 2 toilets, 2 or 3 bathrooms. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean, cant say anything bad. Hostess was so friendly, speaks good English and she makes sure that all your needs are met. Huuuge kudos to her, she really deserves a raise.

NetherlandsThe beds were set up like a maze, it did give a lot of privacy but it was quite narrow and not a lot of room to leave your luggage. Some of the floortiles in the shower were coming loose, did not feel hygenic because the old dirty water would get into the cracks.
The facilities were great, I was in a shared room, the kitchen had all you needed, and there was a communal dining table and sofa+TV in the room. Also very friendly staff and a very complete breakfast.

FinlandThe dorm felt very cramped with several people and their huge suitcases lying around. I've also never stayed in a dorm where the kitchen is in the same space as the beds. I was already getting to bed when someone started cooking a meal at 10 pm.
