The check in time is 17:00, which is unheard of. I have traveled a lot of places around the world. Never had I had once a f such late check in time. I arrived just after 16:00, was told room not ready. We sat around waiting till 16:30, long queue of people checking in , by the time I got the key , just about 17:00. Some hair on the floor, the only little bin in the room doesn’t open properly. Other than these, room is clean and serves the purpose.

Not directly the hotel's fault, but worth noting for a shared bedroom: my roommates were up early for a hike and others came back late, which made it a bit noisy. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest, you might prefer booking a private room.

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Dinner was nice with friendly service, and breakfast starts early (6 am) and was also very good. I chose to stay here for one night while hiking the TMB to avoid more austere accommodations available in Les Chapieux.

Good but modest breakfast buffet. Good central location. Rooms are not the most luxurious but OK. Was a bit annoying that the ventilator made some noise and that you couldn't turn it off. Other than that, the room met what I needed for a skiing trip: clean, spacious enough, good shower, good bed, good view, good breakfast, friendly staff, good central location

I really liked the facilities like the studio kinda dorm room with the fridge available, microwave etc. Room was really spacious.

The room was too small for our family, as the sofa bed folds out, which makes it hard to get past and access the mezzanine area.

Great convenience and location to use as a stop over before going up the mountain to start our holiday.

There was a mix up in the restaurant about what was included in our meals. Miscommunication regarding the set menu etc. Was a bit disappointing but it was sorted in the end.

Far too expensive for the quality provided. 255 euros for a double room. En-suite(sink in the room, and bathroom separated with only a curtain) no tea/ coffee facilites provided. The decor was nice and the staff were good.

The whole hotel was clean with excellent facilities from car parking, luggage storage, large breakfast and dinner area which was brilliant for our large group of 12. I personally had a private room on this occasion but have previously stayed at the property in a dormitory and as you expect it then has more coming and going with other guests but is also reflected in the cheaper room rate.

There are nowhere near enough lifts considering the size of the hotel.

The place is modern and functional. Great restaurant/bar. Staff are great. Location is super convenient.

Staying in the four dorm the influx of guests is a lot as most are staying for one night to catch the train or to get up the mountain the next day . Be prepared to be woken up in the middle of the night, every night. Go for a capsule instead which i did which gives you privacy and a great sized changing room.

Great breakfast , Nice bar and restaurant with a chill out space up top so you dont have to sit in your room.
