United KingdomThe check in time is 17:00, which is unheard of. I have traveled a lot of places around the world. Never had I had once a f such late check in time. I arrived just after 16:00, was told room not ready. We sat around waiting till 16:30, long queue of people checking in , by the time I got the key , just about 17:00. Some hair on the floor, the only little bin in the room doesn’t open properly. Other than these, room is clean and serves the purpose.
Location is great, room Is clean and bed comfortable.

The whole hotel was clean with excellent facilities from car parking, luggage storage, large breakfast and dinner area which was brilliant for our large group of 12. I personally had a private room on this occasion but have previously stayed at the property in a dormitory and as you expect it then has more coming and going with other guests but is also reflected in the cheaper room rate.

United KingdomStaying in the four dorm the influx of guests is a lot as most are staying for one night to catch the train or to get up the mountain the next day . Be prepared to be woken up in the middle of the night, every night. Go for a capsule instead which i did which gives you privacy and a great sized changing room.
Great breakfast , Nice bar and restaurant with a chill out space up top so you dont have to sit in your room.
