United StatesReally not complaints, but potential guests should be aware that the elevator reaches floors 0 (reception), 1 and 2 but not 3 so if you are on the 3rd floor (the BEST views) you will need to carry luggage up a winding staircase from the 2nd floor. Reception is also not staffed between 1 and 3 in the afternoon (a lot of businesses also close for those hours) or after about 7:30 or 8:00 pm until the next morning.
The location was amazing. The view over Le Lavandou from the balcony of our room was spectacular. If you look at the map, the hotel is across the street from the waterfront, but you don't even notice the street! We enjoyed it all times of the day. The hotel is within walking distance (1/4-1/3 mile) to two beaches, the main town one and our favorite at St. Clair, which was accessed by a concrete and stone path (not for the timid) or stairs and roads. Breakfast and parking was added for a modest price and both were worth it. The staff were fantastic, helpful, and incredibly polite. The room was snug but comfortable with a rain shower.

Location was excellent, within Le Lavendou town and within walking distance of Saint Clair beach. The hotel was at the end of the beach front strip, away from the noise and bustle of bars and restaurants. We were on the first floor but still had views of the marina. The balcony was also very big with comfortable chairs.
