I HATED the area we were asked to sit for breakfast - the restaurant is very nice and airy with large windows - however, although told the a la carte breakfast was in the restaurant- we were directed and had to sit in a windowless alcove with low ceiling, tables all crammed closely together, where the breakfast tables were ‘laid’ and look out on the restaurant with laid tables for dinner - for 17 euros a head I think this was very poor and was a little annoyed !

Liked location and staff - room a little disappointing - door handle and door very shoddy as if someone had tried to break in in past.

Spa and rooms a bit tired. Constant smokers in neighbouring rooms. Weird rule about cleaning family room but other room we booked was cleaned daily. Double ‘luxury’ room overpriced.. not much difference from family room.

Great location, walkable to télécabine, opposite ski hire shop and close to restaurants and bakeries. Great to have pool, restaurant and sauna on site.

Parking situation on arrival was chaotic. It took us an hour to find a place to park the car. There were no reserved spaces in front of the hotel which made it very difficult for us to unload five people, two dogs and ski equipment.

The pool needs a little bit of improvements.

The rooms where good and the kitchen was more equiped than expected. The location is grea,t just in the center of the town. There's parking just down the road.

We were given towels for the pool at no charge but then we’re asked to pay for them on check out. The fee was waived but we really needed an extra set of towels to be able to use the pools.

It had a lift for our luggage. It was in a great location. The pool, sauna and steam room were amazing.

The restaurant was expensive. Very nice but expensive. Especially as very little open on a Tuesday night, obviously the end of the week and weekends more restaurants are open but we were limited.

The hotel was in centre of town, opposite a ski hire which has a discount for staying at the hotel. The hotel has a fantastic spa, hammam, sauna, swimming pool, very welcome after a hard day on the slopes. Very relaxing. We had a studio which was adequate for the 2 nights we stayed, and they separated the rooms so it was like having a 2 bed apartment.

The checkout time is at 10 AM, but it's not clearly indicated or communicated anywhere. Consider printing a paper with all times clearly laid out and depositing them in the rooms to avoid unpleasant surprises.

The spa was nice and there is a cheerful family atmosphere and good games in the café. Good, if pricey, breakfastand and most of the staff were pleasant.

The rooms were small and a bit dated.

Staff were incredibly hard working and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic each morning and the pool/spa facilities were great for the family. The bar area was also great.
