The bathroom looked older than the room and the access to the shower is really tight. Almost too uncomfortable to access in/out. Staff could be a bit more friendly at the Reception. I guess if you are there for a night, it's OK, but we stayed 3 nights and we hardly got a look or a smile coming in.

The shuttle to the airport has only 1 stop. Take into account that you may need extra time at the airport to travel to your terminal. (took us 20 minutes) For the same price you can order a taxi who drops you at the right terminal, with less stress.

We had a family suite with a double bed and two twin beds in a mezzanine. It was definitely tight for the four of us and our luggage.

This hotel is well-located. The check-in was very easy and pretty fast. We had a quiet and peaceful night.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. There are restaurants within walking distance, and a large mall is about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is very comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night’s sleep.

I would have loved a kettle and a small fridge in the room. Also, when I went to ask for hot water to fill my thermos, the reception guy was quite rude. He eventually helped me, but he told me I should have paid for breakfast to have access to hot water ... :-/ Well, if I would have had a kettle in the room, I would have never asked you for hot water! The room was a bit basic, and starting with 4:30 am, doors started to slam...I didn't get a good sleep.

Ok for a night before your flight where you just go and spend the night. I got a good bargain on this hotel. I liked that they had an airport shuttle (even though it's a paid service).

I stayed at this hotel primarily because of its advertised transportation to and from the airport. Upon arrival in Paris, finding the transport spot from the airport to the hotel was very straightforward and hassle-free, which I appreciated. The process was smooth and breezy, making a positive first impression. However, my experience with the hotel's transportation service was less satisfactory, especially given the importance of this service for travelers with early flights. When I arrived and checked in, the staff informed me that the early transport was fully booked, and I had to take the only available slot. I planned accordingly, ensuring I had enough time for breakfast and arrived on time for the transport. Unfortunately, the bus that arrived did not seem to be the one I paid for. The staff confirmed it was, but it made several stops, which caused me to run late and almost miss my flight. This was quite inconvenient, and I believe clearer communication is needed. It would be helpful if the hotel staff clearly announced or clarified which vehicle is designated for airport transfers, especially during early mornings or busy times. As a first-time visitor to Paris, I felt that staff assumed I knew more than I did about the transportation process. Simple gestures like a smile and providing clear, helpful information would go a long way in making guests feel more comfortable and less stressed. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but improved communication regarding transportation details and a more welcoming attitude toward first-time visitors would significantly enhance the guest experience.

It wasn't the best bed. I slept on in Europe, but it certainly wasn't the worst. The rooms are very, very, very tight as is the shower. If the check-in process took longer than I would have liked.

It was fairly easy to get to, about a €12 taxi ride. The breakfast was a decent quality.

Check in so slow, even with 2 people behind the desk. The shuttle service - basically non existent. Had to pay for an uber instead and the hotel didnt answer the phone to us when we were calling to find out where it was.
