The lack of electrical outlets in the room and bathroom is an issue we take seriously, and solutions are currently being studied to improve our guests' comfort in this regard. We sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival at the garage. Access can indeed be a problem before check-in, and we will improve our signage and raise awareness among our staff so that we can better assist our guests in this situation.
