Air conditioner leaking and time taken to repair so disappointing as this stay was to be the highlight of our trip we spent more on the accomodation and to have buckets catching (and noise of dripping) water took away our experience. And then to have a blocked shower drain.

Great location for trains and restaurants. Lovely welcoming staff! They decorated our room for our anniversary, which was very much appreciated! The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

It was a bit run down in some parts, however I thought was good value for money.

Room and toilet is a little cramped. Had only 2 pillows on the bed.

Close to main train station, bus stops close by. Some restaurants in the vicinity. We were able to leave our luggage before the check in time. Staff are friendly. Had air condition.

The staff were fairly dismissive, probably because they were under quite a bit of pressure, but we certainly felt it was 'service with a shrug'. Didn't matter much to us though, because we were there for a stopover, and really liked our room.

Excellent room for our little family. Great location. Nice balcony from which to experience the buzz of Paris. All very clean.

The eggs were runny at breakfast. It needs a little bit of a renovation but totally functional.

The air-conditioning was awesome as was the shower. The staff was helpful and they will even store your luggage for free post-checkout for a few hours if needed. The metro is conveniently located and there are plenty of places to eat within a short walk. The TV had mirroring capabilities and it was nice to sit on the balcony.

Room was very small. Air con wasn’t great. Lift was so small and often didn’t work, we would go up in it and it wouldn’t open and just take us back to the ground floor. They have definitely made the big photos look bigger than it is and photo shows more equipment than what’s in it

There was virtually no hot water so the shower was not comfortable.

This is a basic hotel in an ideal location for the early morning Eurostar to London. It is no frills with small rooms but very clean and the staff were very obliging.

Great location, just few min from 3 different metro stations. Lots of cafes, restaurants and bakeries in that area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. I would recommend it and definitely stay again there.
