Not a single thing was bad

The couple that run the hotel are THE BEST. They were exceedingly helpful and kind. The hotel is an amazing value: great location, cozy rooms, nice bathrooms, great outdoor seating and restaurant areas. On our trip we stayed in various types of accommodations including high end hotels, but this was our favorite because it was so quaint. Book it!!

We liked everything about the hotel, we just felt like having a rental car would have made seeing things much easier as it was difficult to explore and the transit drivers were not helpful at all (and I speak French).

Everything was great. Lovely french breakfast with coffee and OJ, very clean room with effective A/C, and friendly and helpful owners.

Excellent hotel with simple rooms clean white sheets and towels. Lovely restaurant attached with tasty food. Good well lit car park.

The small hotel is run by a lovely hardworking family who took very good care of us and were patient with our spotty French. The dinner and breakfast were very nice and it was perfect for our short stay in Grasse and very close to our perfume tour and workshop at Galimard.

Had a great short stay here to visit family in Plan De Grasse. Hosts were v welcoming and bedroom and bathroom were v spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again when back to visit. Walking distance to Fragonard and Galimard Perfumeries and cafes and supermarket.

Food was Greek/Armenian ,which was a surprise in Grasse, but very good. Staff were charming and helpful. Breakfast was very good , typical continental as it used to be, ie the coffee was freshly brewed and not from one of those self-dispensing machine,which are now ubiquitous.

Welcoming hosts who looked after us very well. The rooms were perfect with an ample en suite shower room, and air con. In the morning we enjoyed a great breakfast, and they took the time to serve things just the way we like it. There was ample free parking which was ideal for us as a family on a road trip.

The air conditioning unit in the family room isn't very strong and couldn't cool the room by itself in the summer. Graciously, the host lent us her personal fan to help us be more comfortable. For the price we paid for the unit, especially during the Jasmine Festival, our expectations were met.

The individuals running this property are very nice and wonderful people. The parking was great and easy, communication was good, and the location was a straight shot from downtown Grasse. Although we drove a car, we took an Uber to the downtown area and then walked back to the unit since the walk back is 100% downhill (and it's good to walk off the good food). Beyond the town are some regional parks that are nice to hike as well (take the more "major" roads around the old town rather than driving through, no matter what Google says). We booked the family room, which has one double bed and two singles for the kids. It was definitely enough space for the family, and it was great for the price!

Great location - obviously a little off the beaten tracks but for us it was perfect as we wanted to explore the region with our kids. Very nice hosts!

It didn't have any kitchen facilities including a kettle but the staff did offer to fill our thermos which we travel with.

The breakfast offered by the elderly gentleman was beautifully laid out and we felt very welcomed. Opt for the breakfast if staying. He also offered to cook us dinner in the restaurant which we declined and regretted later.

Wonderful accommodation near famous perfumeries and the old town. Everything is clean, tidy and very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. In the vicinity of the accommodation there are bakeries, shops and other amenities. Everything was perfect.
