The hotel is a bit basic - but it is reflected in the price.

Location - practically on the beach, but with its own territory. Although the reception and dining area are closed after 20-00, and the entrance door and gate are locked (better security), guests can easily get out and into the hotel. Nice beach nearby, with shallow entrance to the water. Nice staff.

The rooms are very small. There's no central area where families can get all be together except outside. When it's raining, this is impossible. Luckily, the restaurant across the street was open!

The hotel was easy to find, located right at the end of the beach. It was fun to walk down the beach and watch the kite surfers. We were very happy with the pizza restaurant conveniently located at the campground across the road. This provided a place for us on a rainy night as we had no place to go inside the hotel.

The WiFi doesn’t work in our end of the hotel. It logs on in the reception area and as you walk the hallway towards the room it gets weaker and weaker and eventually disappears even before we reach our room.

Location is good on the beach. Private access. Patio with ample seating but the gate and fence around the beach access makes it look like a prison. Veronique was very nice.

We loved the view and proximity to the sea( rooms with a view are a precondition to stay at this hotel); breakfast ( coffee in particular) was weak… most frustrating was the total lack of Wifi ( despite the management’s assertion that it worked, albeit weakly).staff was friendly.

Our room was tiny and had burn marks on the floor. Facilities closed just when you might have wanted to relax outdoors. Strange high picket fence blocking ocean view. Beach was about 2 m. wide. Overall disappointing as a beach destination and very overpriced for what we got.

Room was tiny. No chair or spot to place your suitcases. Only 2 hangers in the closet. Staff gave us 4 more when we asked. Shower was tiny without a door or curtain, water sprayed everywhere. No elevator so we walked up a long flight of stairs to our room If you are mobility challenged, the upper floors are not for you. We didn’t spend any time in the room, other than sleeping so the room size was less of an issue for us.

The location is ideal. Near the public beach on one side and the marina on the other and all the restaurants and activities available. The climb up and down the road to the marina is not for the faint of heart. Narrow walkway on the road for much of the way is a bit harrowing as you are required to step into the road at various points, while cars are speeding around corners. The beach access is directly from the hotel terrace, making it super convenient. The staff was fantastic. Room was very clean. Linens were nice. Breakfast was continental and the offerings light but we’re not breakfast eaters so, bread, juice and coffee was perfect. There’s a nice pizza restaurant across the street with a lovely outdoor dining experience. Free gated parking. Room was quiet. Super close to Bandol and Ciotat and all they have to offer.
