The access to the grotto as recommended by the receptionist, the steep roads to the sanctuary from the lift as I have difficulty walking.

The doors are heavy and can shake the room at times and be a bit unsettling but overall it was very quiet.

The staff is incredibly kind. The best people I’ve met here in France! Very accommodating and always positive. They were why I chose to stay here twice 🥰

The air conditioner. It belongs in a different age (a bit like me I suppose) It was so loud it woke us up and probably most of the building. You have got to change that for a Samsung.

Be aware, this hotel is not suitable for people with movement difficulties and I doubt that a wheelchair could be accommodated. The route between the hotel and the sights and shopping, is down and up a hill which could again be a challenge.

The location is excellent for visiting the citadel, grotto, shopping and experiences of Lourdes. The paid parking, in a locked garage was well worth the money. The staff were friendly and helpful and the lady on reception spoke five languages. Although they did not do evening food, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and there was a bar. The breakfast was continental and good.

The Hotel is close to the Sanctuary and restaurants. I booked the family room which was good sized. The Receptionists were very kind and helpful. Great value for money!!

Apparently we got there when the air conditioners were breaking down and it was very hot days. They changed us to a new room, but also the AC there broke down. They offered us to change again but we decided not to. I don't blame the employees, because it's not their fault. They tried to help us many times with the problem. Got to see some molds in the bathroom ceiling, but beside that everything seemed pretty clean

Well located, although is a bit confusing to get there the first time. There's a lift that takes you on top of the hill where the hotel is, no need to walk up the stairs or the hill. The staff is very nice and helpful, they speak many languages and they're there to help as much as you need. The breakfast is good enough and cheap compared to many places to eat in town. We got extra help because we needed a fridge for some medication, and they offered us to keep it in their fridge. Very grateful for that!

Change of towels you had to ask for, mattress needs changing and no hot water in the shower early mornings.

But the showers are a bit outdated (details as joints as not properly made), and there is unfortunately no kettle or fridge in the room. Bedrooms are badly soundproofed among themselves.

There was some mould on the ceiling of the shower cubicle, and the light fixture in our room wasn't attached to the ceiling (though working). The breakfast was filling, but very simple and could've had some hot options.

Staff were friendly and, despite language barriers, made us feel very welcome! The beds were clean and the rooms were refreshed every day for us.

The walls were thin, a school group kept me up most of the night. But for the location and price it was a very nice place.
